“I called Dr Walsh on a Sunday evening during a snow storm . The hospital was closed but , he answered the phone and agreed to meet me at the hospital .My poodle was experiencing urinary tract infection symptoms .(bloody urine )He was able to treat my dog and give me the appropriate medications needed . My dog was looking and feeling better the next morning.I really appreciated his kindness and arriving quickly to help . I would have waited hours any other place . Thank you ?”

“I have been going to Dr Walsh for 18 years. I started with my Boxer who was 10 when she passed from a heart attack and now I have 4 dogs all different ages and he takes excellent care of all of them. He brings us in immediately whenever there is a problem. They are not rude people they are very warm and considerate people who will do anything for their clients. They just have quirky personalities that I guess could be taken as rude to some people but that is not their intention. As for his office being outdated, that doesn’t make him a bad vet, he is an older vet and he is very honest and direct. I always appreciate his honesty because he is not afraid to send you to a specialist if the problem is more severe than he can handle. My family loves him and his staff and when he retires , it will be a loss to us.”

“I absolutely love these people. They really care about our pets. They don't rush you out, they take more than enough time to explain everything and to also explain my options. The receptionists and the vet techs are amazing. This past week has been a rough one for my dog but they ALWAYS fit us in whether we had an appointment or not. The doctors are AMAZING. I WILL NOT bring my Delilah anywhere else but Belvidere. My aunt came to a couple appts with us and she was so impressed she now brings her cats there. 5 stars isn't enough for this review. “I recently brought my new puppy to Whole Pet Veterinary in Westford and was thoroughly impressed. From the outset, the friendly staff and a personalized welcome sign for my pup set a comforting tone.The vet was exceptional, engaging with my puppy on the floor, answering all my questions without rushing, and making the visit a positive experience. They were also fantastic with my young children, taking time to explain things in a simple, engaging manner.I appreciated the clear explanation of vaccines and the excellent follow-up care, including a check-in email and prompt electronic record updates. Their prompt and thorough responses to my emails were particularly noteworthy.Overall, Whole Pet Veterinary provided a professional, caring, and reassuring experience. “Last night I had to bring my dog to AMC in Nashua . I was extremely impressed by this place ! The facility is very clean and well kept . I was greeted by a woman at the front deck that was very nice and helpful. She even gave me a cup of tea out of her own stuff to make me feel more comfortable. I was brought into a room where I meet the vet tech along with the doctor. They were kind, understanding.and easy to talk to . The doctor( Dr Mackenzie ) took a lot of time explaining things to me with a lot of compassion. I would ? percent recommend this place! Thank you for taking such good care of Bailey.”

“Littleton Animal Hospital really, truly cares about their patients, and it shows in their quality of care. The fear-free aspect of this veterinary hospital changed the game for my dog. He used to quiver in fear in the corner just for a check-up, and Littleton Animal Hospital has helped transform him to be comfortable and actively participate in cooperative care.Myself and my pets have been patrons here since 2012, and they have been nothing but respectful, communicative, and thoughtful throughout every interaction. “I had to bring my cat Murray in for a second visit today 1/21/24 because he got too spicy for his annual check up. I changed out his carrier for a carrier swaddle bag to keep him calmer. The office staff were amazing, treating my boy with care and consideration for his anticipated attitude. I was more stressed than the cat. I called before bringing him in, reception made sure he could go straight back. I hovered at the desk listening for Murray to act up and again reception never once made me feel like I was out of line or in the way. (A lovely girl with pink hair, I'm sorry I didn't ask her name) Murray was grumbly but (prayers answered) he made it thru his appointment and we got him back home to his happy place. Thank you to all who worked with my boy today to keep him healthy.”

“I took my 2 year old bully to get his ears checked for an ear infection and some allergies... EVERYONE in the team was sooo awesome and caring of my love bug. My bully seems scary at first but they soon found out how sweet he really is he is feeling so much better already and he was just seeing on 1/5/24. I recommend this place 10/10. They were so caring and super knowledgeable. My dog came out of there with cheese on his nose hahah ?, they loved him back there. Thank you guys! ”

“I had to take my little dog in for a checkup because she was coughing and hacking and coughing for almost 3 weeks with no let up .. I was full of fear thinking the worst thinking that she may have cancer. she's also a 15-year-old terrier mix. They explained everything to me step by step what they were going to do to her and made sure that I understood everything that they were doing and what they were talking about.After I spoke to the doctors my anxiety lessoned tremendously. I guess what I'm trying to say is they really care because they know that your pet is your life ..your family.. your best friend.. and it's hard to find veterinarians that have so much compassion and kindness for what you are going through with your pet. I've been to many in my years growing up and may I say I've never found one like this. I tell everybody I know about this place and to try them out for yourself and see the results you will not be disappointed.”

“Have to say, never saw neck pillows for pups of all sizes. Super awesome for them to use instead of cones. This place is classy with an amazing staff who really took time and patience with my two pups.Not going to lie, it is expensive but worth it for the treatment and location. “I cannot share enough positive things about Nashua Pet Care Clinic. I was skeptical upon my first visit, as NPCC is situated in a strip mall, next to a Subway and a nail salon. But I was quick to judge a book by its cover. Everyone in the office knows my dog. They ask about him with genuine interest. His acute and chronic needs are treated with urgency and thoughtfulness. His behavioral needs (he's reactive) are graciously accommodated. At most visits, the veterinarian and vet tech sit on the floor because he's more comfortable there than on the table. I've interacted with most, if not all, of the staff at NPCC and they're all equally warm, genuine, animal-loving people. And wonderfully, they don't talk about payment (unless we're discussing the cost-related tradeoffs of different treatment options) until it's time to check out. In fact, the last two visits have ended with my dog getting a surprise toy, just because.For more context:I've taken my dog to numerous veterinarians in the area, and all seemed to care about payment more than anything (they should care about payment as they're for-profit businesses, but I shouldn't feel this so overtly as a customer). I always felt like my dog was a commodity at these other vets. While these offices are in beautiful buildings, the care was subpar.Pros: Knowledgeable, friendly, affordable, real humans, customize care for my pet, kitschy decor that I loveCons: None”

“I have been to many different veterinary practices. This is by far the best. The support staff is extraordinary. Everyone is polite and helpful. They are very flexible with scheduling. Dr. Shore and Dr. Hart are very caring and excellent doctors. The care is appropriate, thorough, and expert .They always seem to put the animal above the profit. I really appreciate the care they have given my dog.”

“I’ve been coming to this practice for about 3 years now, first with my cat then with my English bulldog. We’ve seen both Dr. Mockler and Dr. Roe and both were absolutely fantastic. My bulldog is a frequent flyer and they always take amazing care of her! They answered all my questions and were always super responsive to any of my concerns regarding my pets health. The front desk staff is super friendly, accommodating, and pleasant as well. We just moved out of the area and are so sad to leave this practice but I’d highly recommend them to anyone in the area!!!”

“I had an amazing experience with Rockingham! My bunny, Maple Pancakes, had GI Stasis and we discovered it in the morning. Our normal vet recommended Rockingham to us, and we are so glad we brought our bunny here. Our doctor was very informative and compassionate. The other staff members (techs, the reception staff etc) were also very kind during this emergency. We received regular updates (like the very cute picture I attached) regarding our bunny and how she was doing which definitely alleviated our anxiety.Thankfully, she recovered overnight and we were able to take Maple Pancakes home the next day thanks to the wonderful staff and their care! I am so thankful for all members of the staff for their compassion and care.”

“Everyone at Banfield Merrimack is patient and knowledgeable. Everyone. The doctor took 10 minutes to discuss puppy food and first-time grooming tips with me. The administrative staff went above and beyond to call others for paperwork. I will be forever grateful for their graceful and kind guidance in the passing of my elderly dog recently. I can't imagine a better vet experience. This place is the real thing, professional, kind, thorough, and local.”

“I have subscribed to the wellness plan at Banfield for my dog since we got him as a puppy. I really think it's the best, safest way to go to make sure your pet gets the care they need and still have it affordable to the owner. I originally went to the Chelmsford location because we owned a home on Lowell, but in 2021, I bought a house in Nashua, so now the Merrimack NH location is more convenient to me. I feel both places provided great care to my dog Chewy”
