I have been going to Dr Walsh for 18 years. I started with my Boxer who was 10 when she passed from a heart attack and now I have 4 dogs all different ages and he takes excellent care of all of them. He brings us in immediately whenever there is a problem. They are not rude people they are very warm and considerate people who will do anything for their clients. They just have quirky personalities that I guess could be taken as rude to some people but that is not their intention. As for his office being outdated, that doesn’t make him a bad vet, he is an older vet and he is very honest and direct. I always appreciate his honesty because he is not afraid to send you to a specialist if the problem is more severe than he can handle. My family loves him and his staff and when he retires , it will be a loss to us.

The staff is extremely old school. Very poor manners but more importantly literally left me hanging when I described my cat’s symptoms “I don’t know what to tell you”. No recommendation of where to go. Wouldn’t even take my cat in to check him out.I have previously had to tell the front desk worker to stop yelling at me. I went to this vet purely out of geographic convenience and I will never be going back.

Everything is way over priced .an inspection sticker is 50 bucks and they will dig and find something and tell you only they can fix it.

After having my dogs teeth pulled, 5 in one day he wouldn't stop shaking for almost a month. Would barely eat and was just suffering, everytime I tried calling they were incredibly rude it was so off putting, the owner said to me the first time I called after I said I had an emergency "ima have to call you back you're gonna have to wait" hangs up in my face and then called within a minute back? If so busy why answer the phone at all?... Bizarre. I had to call 2 more times after that and it was the same demeanor and way of talking,extremely aggressive and rushing to get off the phone. So then I'm told my dog should have pain pills,so the whole time my little dog was suffering due to their mistake. It's like everytime I had a concern his response to me was so demeaning and know-it-all like and a *stop bothering me tone* will never go back, terrible business terrible energy zero compassion they truly only care about the money. Oh and after doing my own research I learned that when a dog goes under for surgery that whatever you inject them with messes them up for about a month, so maybe do your own research and be knowledgable of the business YOU conduct and communicate with the people who keep your business going instead of being so heartless.

I am only writing this because I saw the lady below who obviously has never heard the saying “don't judge a book by its coverâ€. My family has been going to this office for 18 years now. We have had three dogs go see Dr. Walsh. We had a cocker spaniel (pure bred) die a year and a half ago at the age of 16. We currently have a King Charles cavalier spaniel mix that is 17 and a boxer hound mix that is 5. Dr. Walsh has always gone above and beyond for our dogs and given the best care possible. On multiple occasions he has let us bring our dogs in during closed hours to get treatment or seen. They are also extremely fair when it comes to the cost of surgeries, checkups, etc. I would never think of bringing my animals to another vet. They go above and beyond

HORRIBLE...THIS LYING VERY UNORGANIZED, UNPROFESSIONAL #&£@ WOULDN'T GET ONE STAR BUT ITS THE ONLY WAY I COULD WARN YOU ABOUT HIM!!!!! the office is old outdated & dirty & stinks pritty bad as soon as you walk in....I DIDNT LEAVE MY PET WITH HIM AS I WAS UNEASY ABOUT HOW UNORGANIZED THEY WHERE & THE RUN DOWN STATE OF THE OFFICE & THE LIE😷😺
