I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mary Ann Landry, a travel agent with Odyssey, for almost 10 years. She has flawlessly and meticulously planned numerous European vacations, Universal/Disney trips, etc. for me and her attention to detail has been so appreciated. She values her clients and connects with them in a way that allows her to bring their ideal trip to life. My dad has been wanting to go to Ireland for his entire life, so when he finally decided it was time to start planning the trip, I knew Mary Ann was the person to contact. She helped us find the perfect CIE tour, happily answered any questions we had, and even checked in on us numerous times while we were on the trip. She goes above and beyond every single time I’ve worked with her and I truly can’t say enough about how wonderful she is. Thank you, Mary Ann!!

Maryann planned our trip to Iceland, and we had a fabulous time! Everything worked out seamlessly, from hotel bookings, airline reservations, and rental car. She was very receptive to our requests, and really understood what we wanted to do there. I highly recommend her and I would not hesitate to work with her again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Maryann for a trip to Portugal, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, she made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. The itinerary Maryann put together was perfect, including stunning destinations like Lisbon, Porto and the Algarve. She carefully selected accommodations that were not only beautiful and but also conveniently located, making it easy to explore the local culture and attractions. Communication was always prompt and clear, and Maryann was available to answer any questions I had. Her recommendations for restaurants and activities were spot on, allowing me to experience the best of Portuguese cuisine and culture. Overall, this trip exceeded my expectations, thanks to the expert planning and personal touch provided by Maryann. Great service and awesome recommendations for our Caribbean vacation! Maryann was amazing, very knowledgeable about every hotel and places to go! I have used Odyssey express travel for my last three trips and I will NEVER not use it to plan a get away. Mary Ann is the most available , organized, and helpful person. You definitely want to use Odyssey for your next vacation!!

Maryann is just FABULOUS! She is warm & kind & as excited as we were about planning our complicated Mom & Son Adventure to Italy, Switzerland, & Prague in Aug 2023. She listened to our wishes & worked very hard to bring them to reality, even at times spending hours on the phone together exploring ideas. We really really appreciated her expertise, advice, endless patience with our questions, & help jumping in when there were airline snags! Highly recommend!!

Maryann did a great job finding a good option for our family lodging in St. Lucia. We did all-inclusive. It definitely made things convenient because we spent a lot of time at the resort and therefore didn’t have to leave every time we wanted to eat. Maryann was very helpful and accommodating.

Maryanne is not only a pleasure to work with but I feel like I can call her a friend! I have used her for both my Greece and Brazil trips and she has been amazing with getting back to me and answering my questions. I’ve used Maryann for my last few trips and have referred quite a few friends and there hasn’t been one complaint ever she’s great at laying out all the options and pricing and if you need anything while traveling she is right there , she did stuff for me that I didn’t even know I needed while I was at the airport and got it to me in 5 minutes , I’ve never had a better travel agent and now I need not look any further she is the absolute best
