“Everything went great. They communicated well. Drop off and pick up of the storage unit was seamless. Very happy with all aspects of our experience. We rented a pod that sat on our property for a year while we renovated our home. It was a great solution for us and the pod kept everything in perfect condition. Even with all the rain this year the air in the pod never felt damp. Much better than keeping things in our basement.”

“I had an amazing experience with Born to Move!! I researched many companies before deciding on this one, that was recommended to me by an acquaintance, and was extremely satisfied with my choice. I highly highly recommend! They offered a reasonable fee for my cross-country move paired with personal service. I loved that the mover who picked up my items was the same who delivered them. I knew my belongings were secure and would not be changing hands many times, plus I had a clear idea of when to expect the delivery which only took a few days. Jenya, David, and Ruslan were amazing!! They were careful and efficient, very kind, and worked so hard to make our move a positive experience. Alex was so helpful walking me through the process and answering questions leading up to moving day. Our things arrived in great condition and when expected. I could not have asked for anything more in a moving company. I am so appreciative of Born to Move and our excellent movers!”

“This is my second cross-country move with Mayflower/McLaughlin, and I recommend this company enthusiastically. They had the best prices, offered a containerization option so that all my items stayed safely together for the whole trip, and provided responsive and reliable customer service from the initial estimate to the on-time delivery. Eric G was so helpful with the initial estimating and planning process and even brought me packing boxes and supplies for things I was packing myself; he was totally dependable and stayed in touch from start to finish. Lori B was great in admin and scheduling, and very accommodating to my timing constraints. The packing and delivery crews were very careful and helpful. “I see that others have written poor reviews, but our experience with ABC Moving and Storage (Hudson/Leominster MA) was entirely positive. We were quoted a competitive price by David (our salesperson) and ended up coming in at a slightly lower price when all was said and done. Moving occurred on-time and was handled efficiently. Delivery was on-time, and we are particularly grateful to Regina in the office and Kevin (our driver), who worked with us to arrange a convenient delivery time when we were faced with an unexpected family emergency. It feels a bit unsettling when a crew of guys start moving all your belongings into a huge truck, and it might have helped if someone had spent a few extra minutes talking with us about the process at the start of our moving day. But honestly, these guys knew what they were doing! The entire crew worked hard. Nothing was damaged or lost. Everyone was polite. All in all, we received excellent service on both ends.”

“Had Able movers do my move a few towns over. Overall it was a pretty good experience. John who came and looked at the job is a tremendous person. The company is reliable, showed up on time and professional. 2 of the movers were great guys, hardworking and were extremely professional.
Unfortunately, they had a temporary guy that just did not care. Often taking breaks, wasn’t cautious with boxes. I paid by the hour, and he prob cost be 300-400 dollars just by slacking off. At one point, he was struggling so bad with a heavy item that I had to offer assistance in which he stepped aside and let myself and another mover continue.
My advice to the company , don’t allow temporary help. They have no pride and do not care about the company and could damage such a great reputation. (I know it is hard to find good help in these times. Over pay the good ones, so you don’t lose great help)
If it wasn’t for this one guy, this company would be a 10 star all day long.”
