Walked in, received immediate diagnosis of problem. My tire was ordered and the next day it was put on my car. Great service and the cleanest, nicest waiting room I have ever experienced in an auto repair shop. The people were wonderful too. Thanks, New York rogue!!!!

I give 2stars because gentleman tried helping with expense for service,but, service was required for issue had after previous service,made new appointment,was there on time,waited an hour nearly to get vehicle in,and NO issues were addressed nor did my vehicle run any better afterwards,which was the problem I brought to them,a problem that wasn’t present prior to bringing it there,and I asked for service on other items for my Audi Q5,yet they declined to service,no particular reason given other than tech couldn’t complete,unspecified issues!!!
Payed for service yet no gain whatsoever!!
NO THANKS ,man!
To date,NONE of the issues for what I brought my vehicle were truly addressed,besides the obvious issue on what was obvious at my prompt,main issue,was not resolved yet paid for no resolve. Just somewhat disappointed and disappointed,and feel duped!
Also, my appointment was for 8:00 a.m. and wasn’t in until just before9:00 a.m.,it was a holdup,no recourse.

This was my first time at Modern Auto, needed an inspection for a friends vehicle, went without an appointment and they took me right away. They took my information and gave me an estimated wait time and the time it took was what they told me. Very curtious and friendly.

I stopped by late in the day to see if I could get a leaking tire fixed. I didn't have an appointment but they were able to help me right away. They fixed the tire promptly and I was on my way.

Friendly, nice staff! Honest and reasonable pricing! I mentioned up front that I was notified about 50k maintenance and was told they will inspect car and call me. I was called to let me know my inspection sticker was on last day of month so I got that done ✅ and was given my oil change and tire rotation (which is what I wanted done anyway). Love location and supporting my community!

I got an oil change and also had the rear differential fluid changed. The front desk staff are great, the service department was quick and efficient. I appreciate the printout of your vehicles condition as well as having a verbal explanation. The cost of service is great! Another reason why I am so happy that I purchased my car from Joey! I am confident that Modern Auto will always give my car expert service
