Sold us a Faulty car. Car display stopped working on fifth day. Then we started getting Transmission error from Next month which he never fixed and kept telling us there is nothing wrong with the Car.

I could not recommend Simon's more highly. Simon and his team go above and beyond to make sure you are getting the very best car buying experience. As a first time car buyer with very little car knowledge, Simon helped me every step of the way and made sure I was taken care of. Not to mention, got a great price and they are just genuinely great people. Extremely appreciative of the team there.

Very professional. Got a great deal, owner was super helpful and honest. Had a small exhaust leak right after purchasing, which they took care of no questions asked. Recommend to buy here or to get car repair done.

I bought my first car from here in January. As I recall, the people here were genuinely kind and straightforward. I had contacted dealerships before this one and had been a victim of a bait and switch. So my trust in auto-dealers were pretty low before coming here. But the dealer, I think his name was Chris? (I could be wrong. It's been a long while.), was able to cover my questions and concerns with ease. He was very straightforward. Anyways, I am happy with my car and have not found any problems with it since I got it months ago.

Mike's Motor Group: Great vehicle. Great experience. No B.S. I am not close, personal friends with Chris or Simon at Mike's Motor Group, but after my buying experience, I feel like family. Here's the reality: It has been four months since I purchased our vehicle from Mike's. Typically, as life gets in the way, one's review-writing motivation fades within weeks. Well, four months later I finally have 30-minutes to crank-out the truth. That should tell you something. Here goes... Simply put, I'm just a guy in Somerville, MA who was searching online for 2012 Ford Explorers. There was one that stood out among the rest based on price, configuration and our desired features. Much to my frustration, it was all the way up in freakin' Tyngsboro. Begrudgingly, I rented a Zipcar and made the journey. The truck was immaculate and ran like a top...but I don't trust anybody. ANYBODY. So I asked Simon if I could take the vehicle down to the local Ford dealership for a multi-point inspection. Not a problem, he said. He hated to see me lose money because he and his team had crawled all over the rig and simply had to replace the brakes, but he understood. We're strangers. I have an obligation to protect my purchase. He was confident the product would speak for itself. So that's what I did. I hit the Ford Dealership, spent a hundred bucks...and as Simon said, the truck was in great shape top to bottom. I immediately drove back to the shop, placed a down-payment, and met Simon's son Chris for the first time. Family business...I like that. Our conversation was loose, friendly, devoid of pressure and completely relaxed. How often do you see sentences like that written about a Used Car Dealership? Simon and Chris took time to understand my situation (my truck had recently been stolen, so I was without wheels to get back up to Tyngsboro). Without going into detail, they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make the buying process easy and hassle free for me and my wife. I'm dying to tell you just how far they bent-over backward for us, but it went completely beyond what anyone should expect from a Dealership. It would be unfair to both Simon and Chris to create a similar expectation for everyone. Look, this is a family that understands the significance of providing a superior product, and backing it up with authentically compassionate customer service. Great local businesses start with dependable products and ENDURE through cultivating loyal relationships. Simon, Chris and the team at Mike's Motor Group understand this reality. No B.S. Just wise purchases, pressure-free sales where the products speak for themselves, and neighborly compassion...a simple recipe for happy customers who, even after four months, take time out of their day to champion the business with an honest review. Thanks Mike's Motor Group. We couldn't be happier with the purchase and genuinely appreciate the experience.

My son bought a 2005 Buick Century here, and it was a lemon. They tried to fix it at first, but it had problem after problem, and now, 11 months later, it's going to be junked. I would be very careful buying here. I don't think they are overly concerned about the quality of the vehicles they are selling.
