Got at the store at 5:35pm, they say they close at 6pm. A guy came from inside the store saying he is closing it earlier because nobody was here for the last 2 hours. Very disrespectful to people who drive far to get here on time, like me and this other couple who arrived at the same time as me - they were so upset. If you say you close at 6, then close at 6!!!!

Always a very friendly greeting when we enter the store! It's well kept and as organized as possible. The staff is amazing - polite, helpful, answers questions and tries to be as accommodating as possible and will work with you, especially if they notice you are looking at a particular item. We almost always walk out with something, from tools to flooring to chairs... This is our "go to" place because of the great finds and great people! You gotta check this place out!

Poor experience donating during a full home clean out. Difficult to arrange - emailed and spoke with multiple people before getting an appointment. Was asked to send photos of items to get approval of pick up. Soonest app was weeks away, and when they arrived for pick up, they denied multiple items that were approved via email. One person came to move items and damaged pieces due to moving alone. Seems BACKWARDS to deny items for scratches, meanwhile damaging perfectly good items in moving process. Would not use again.

I wish the staff in this place owned all the stores and restaurants in the area because you can’t find friendliness and service at that level anywhere else. It’s one of those places where you need to go in with a mindset of what you need. If you don’t, you’re bound to buy everything!!!Dad always said, ONE MAN’S TRASH IS ANOTHER MAN’S TREASURE!!! Thank you RESTORE for kicking A$$!!

The only reason I left two stars was for the nice kid who came alone to pick up our donation. As others have said, they only took about a third of what we had. The driver called his boss and I was in the next room listening to him tell this young man that our stuff wasn't worth bringing back and to remind us it was their choice if they took our items. Told him just get the good stuff and get back to the shop, and it didn't look like there were any antiques there. Very sad. Minor scratches labeled decent furniture garbage. Definitely Goodwill or Salvation Army next time.

Its very unfortunate that such a good organization has such a terrible representative managing their store. He was flat out rude and seems to think it's ok to put his hands on you and call you stupid. He is THE most unprofessional person I've ever seen in a retail environment. I like Habitat for Humanity and the work they do. I've even volunteered on projects myself. But I will find it difficult to go in this store knowing they have this j*** running it. I don't have enough words to express how this guy made me feel. It's really unfortunate.

I always find great stuff here. The staff is super helpful and the store is clean. Although I wish they had more books it’s a good store for kitchen appliances and cabinets. I would deff recommend .

Consistently great support within the community. Have willingly volunteered to assist me in moving furniture-not once but twice-to an Asstd. Living facility!! Drivers were prompt, gracious, & very supportive. In addition, staff working in store are professional and very helpful. Obviously love what they do as seen by their willingness to step in & help both browsers and serious buyers time and time again. Thank you Billerica Restore-you are exemplary.

I always wondered why there never is any good piece in that place, and I just got the answer :The manager is being corrupted by some antiques dealer.A few days ago, they had for the 1 st time ever a short of a nice set. I asked for the price and the manager proudly told me that someone who did not see it yet offered $800 and would come to see it later.I offered $900 but he refused!!!!So be aware if you donate that they are not going to make it work in HFH best interest but it's manager best interest. If you are hoping to find some cool stuff, avoid that place, whatever is nice is actually presold at a cheaper price in tge order to fulfill the manager best interest. Sad sad sad

I agree with the previous review, I agree:Don't bother shopping there, whatever is nice is usually presold to the manager's friend at very cheap price.I don't know if the manager makes money on it, but it definitely seems to be corrupted and I surprised he is still in charge after so many year. I don't beleive that HFH ethic...

I've been here a few times. One thing you should know is most prices are negotiable! I screwed up my first time here and pulled up at the donation side and got yelled at. C'mon, we all make mistakes, no need to be mean. Once inside, the people were nice and helpful. Their largest area seems to be furniture. They do have some doors and windows, tools and housewares. I do wish they would answer their phone about donations!

If you are looking to help an organization, bring your items to a different location or Goodwill. I thought I was helping an organizing by bringing my items that I wanted to keep but couldn't due to my move. He acted like I was dropping my junk off on him and that he was doing me a favor by taking it.
