Garbage, bought a product he never shipped it, he stole my money and won’t respond or answer the phone. I’d be happy to change my review if he fixes this issue.

I never write reviews, ever. but in this case I can't remain silent.I placed an order with a detailed emailing asking a question and specification about the printing colors. Received a reply back, asking, "If that's hot what you want, please get back to us. Otherwise, we'll go ahead and start production.'I responded right back to the email stating that it WASN'T what I wanted. and specified what I DID want.No response.I emailed again, a second time asking for confirmation that they would print the order correctly.No response.I then receive the order in the mail - printed incorrectly! I emailed and stated, "I received my order for my rubber stamp, but the order is not correct. In the email below you can see I asked and specified for a 2 color stamp with white ink and red ink. What I received was a stamp with just red ink. Please advise what I can do to get the correct ink combination I ordered. Thank you."No response.I send a detailed email a 4th time saying how incredibly disappointed I am that I spent $68.60 on a stamp and did not get what I ordered and I want it rectified.No response.So I have a $68.60 stamp I don't want, and apparently - that's just how it is.Buyer beware!!!

We have used this company for several years. We always use the same graphic template and file format. We have received dozens of stamps, correctly made, from this company. One of them is visible on the bottom of the included image.This most recent time, we received stamps made to the wrong size. The right proportions, but the wrong size. It was a simple mistake. We ordered the correct size, were charged for the correct size, used the template we always use. We saw the instant proof, which was correct to size and proportion (nothing stretched or skewed.)It's clearly just a manufacturer mistake... whoever made this accidentally made it a size down.We emailed the company a few times, including the photo and a reference to our order number.Radio silence.Finally, I called today, figuring this is an easy fix. They either have the means to re-print at the correct size, or they need me to re-upload and they can re-print.Instead, I got weirdly combative tech support, claiming that "the image size is the problem--" etc. I was not prepared for that--when I say we use the same template every time, I mean literally that. Same template. Same process. Nothing new or bigger about these images. No difference in file format, no difference in anything but the text. All fit inside our ghosted outline layer to make sure it will fit. We know this works, because we have used it WITH this company (and a competitor) dozens of times.Instead of customer service suggesting solutions, they chose to blame us for their mistake. None of that explains why the product itself is physically the size of the next-size-down product they offer, (while billing me full price.) None of that explains why the proportions fit just fine (there's a bunch of whitespace on the 2.5" product, because it was designed to take up most of the room of a 3" product.) It couldn't be clearer that this is a mistake on the company's end, not the client side.The representative got louder and more belligerent when I tried to explain that the proportions work, and that I have the mistake and a previous stamp in my hand at the time of the call... that this is a "well made, wrong size stamp." Talking over, not offering help, simply insisting that we (the client) screwed up. This isn't rocket surgery.I never write reviews. I would want to know that a company handles it's tiny mistakes like this, instead of working to solve customer issues. I would never choose to do business with someone that comports oneself as this representative did. We will choose to work with a different service provider from here on. It's only a couple hundred bucks a year Simon's Stamps will lose, but it's the principle of the thing.

I hate leaving bad reviews but honestly I'm not impressed with this business. I ordered a wooden rubber stamp from them a couple weeks ago, first time using it was dismayed at how poor quality it was--misaligned and very pixelated. Tried emailing twice now and haven't gotten a response. Basically accepting that I threw $40 in the trash and am now looking into other stamp makers.

I've ordered multiple custom stamps from Simon's Stamps and they've all been excellent quality. And their customer service is great too! I'll be ordering another stamp again soon. I would absolutely recommend Simon's Stamps to anyone who needs high-quality custom stamps.

We had a very small custom stamp made with our shop logo and phone number to stamp onto our new customer key tags. The process to upload artwork was very user friendly. The stamp was made and shipped out the same day! Great quality. We are very pleased and will use Simons Stamps again for our business needs.

LOVE them! We use them at my place of employment. I've ordered all sorts of stuff from them over the years. I've never had one break or come in not as ordered. We probably order different stamps, for different use within our company, several times a year. Whenever we need anything stamp related I automatically run to Simon Stamps. Turn around time is amazing! We usually get our stuff next day, we are in the same state as them.

I love my stamps. Great for business and holiday cards as well as thank you notes. Great gift ideas as well. Good quality inks for all types of paper. Great place to get your stamps and very fast turn around time. Excellent quality and amazing customer service.
