“Post office workers are great. I really dislike my mail woman. In 5 years I've been swapping mail with my neighbors and getting " overdue" notices for mail I havent received among other things... I do not at all feel bad that my dog got loose recently and chased her mail truck for a mile.”
“Here's the thing. This post office does not have the same person/people working there for long. I am told that it is a training set up, so it's temporary but it legit means that sometimes you get really great people and sometimes you just don't.”

“All of the workers at The Turners Falls Post Office are very warm, welcoming, and inviting. They are always quick to help and are always very friendly. My 8 year old loves Tom and the others, they always offer her coloring pages to color and return back to hang up in the post office which is very sweet! I appreciate they’re great customer service!”
