“This was a quaint little motel. I'm glad we found it. The room was dated (but very clean and well kept) and a little musty, but when we turned on the air conditioning, it got rid of the smell.
The indoor pool is enormous and had a nice heated temperature, and the hot tub felt amazing. The guy at the front desk at check-in was very friendly. They had a game room in the basement of the lobby, which I guess had a pool table and games, but we didn't use it. They had coffee and tea available in the lobby also.
Would recommend.”
“My wife and I recently stayed three lovely nights at the Benchmark Inn. Dan, Daniel, and Thomas were very welcoming and very friendly hosts. The room (#2) was spotless and comfortable. We liked that there were two ways to access the room.
Breakfast included fresh-baked breads and pastries, cheeses, eggs, home-made jams, granola and excellent coffee.
The Inn was on a quiet side street, close to Commercial Street stores, restaurants, art galleries, etc...
We have stayed in Provincetown many times and we have to say that the Benchmark Inn is the best we have encountered.”

7 Johnson St, Provincetown“Beautiful b&b, comfortable rooms, great atmosphere, tasty breakfast, and ideal location. Each room has charming features. Paired with such a kind and friendly host, Greg, who made us feel welcome and helped us out with some off-season recs and wine pouring at 5:00. We had a lovely time and can't wait to return.Walkability: Ideal location within a one minute walk of Commercial Street.Food & drinks: Customized breakfast each morning from Far Land Provisions. Tasty and filling, including the vegetarian option.”
“Amazing place! Location is so great and staff super friendly!
Nearby activities: The little shuttle bus runs past the hotel every half hour which is convenient for running into town at night and a safe ride back!”

184 Bradford St, Provincetown“First time up in Ptown and it was an incredible time and experience had, more so as well due to the fantastic accommodations had at the Aerie House! This very cute and charming house had everything my husband and I needed for our getaway and it offered fantastic amenities. Definitely a fan of the complimentary daily morning breakfasts offered. The owners are a fantastic duo and extremely nice and great to speak with. At the end of an exciting and long day out exploring, we could always count on coming back to a nice relaxing room to unwind. Location wise it’s also very close to commercial street where all the action lives here. So many other great places nearby which makes Aerie House a great center point to be at. Will definitely plan on coming back to Ptown as well as considering Aerie House again for a place to stay!”

175 Commercial St, Provincetown“Stayed 6 nights the week of the 4th for $530/night including tax. Queen room on 3rd floor with shared balcony street view.
Perfect location.
Good size room.
Clean.
Comfortable bed.
Decent continental breakfast.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Very little street noise but you’ll hear other guests if they are on their balconies late, but it’s PTown.
Adorable Labrador!
A few well used edges but would stay again without hesitation.”
“Endless Coast, A Boutique hotel is right on 6A, far enough away from the hustle and bustle south of wellfleet, and 20 minutes north is Provincetown (aka Ptown!)Endless coast is a few miles from wonderful beaches, a good variety close by for food options as well as a Dunkin’ Donuts and gas stations, for easy/quick conveniences. The rooms were clean; as for the thin walls mentioned in previous posts I had a great experience and it did not affect me sleeping and I went in being mindful of this issue to be respectful of other guests! They had a great backyard addition with chairs, a fire pit and an area for dogs! Overall great experience and wonderful staff! I look forward to visiting again soon!”

5000 US-6, North Eastham“Food & drinks: On the website and when we checked in we were told there was a contental breakfast from 7 to 10.
We went to get it the first day we were there we were rudely told that there was none as well as told whoever told us didn't know what they were talking about. Which sucked because my blood sugar was really low.
Plus no water pressure in the shower or bathroom sink.
I don't know if we would stay again or recommend it to friends, I'd need time to think about it ?.”
“Honestly could not have had a better experience at this hotel! We only stayed for one night, but it was just about as perfect as it could get. Our room was clean and comfortable, the AC was top-notch, and the location was perfect. Only about a 10 minute walk from the ferry!
Being on Commercial Street, we were initially a little concerned about it being loud, but because Pilgrim House is set a little further back, it was nice and quiet. The volume change between the street and the lobby is wild; it gets noticeably quieter the closer you get to the lobby.
The staff was also gracious enough to let us leave our bags there prior to check-in and after check-out so we didn't have to drag them around town with us the whole day. Also, the price of the room was very reasonable.
Overall, highly, highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back in the future!! Thank you, Pilgrim House!”

386 Commercial St, Provincetown“We have stayed here multiple times on trips to Provincetown. Our most recent stay was nothing short of amazing. The rooms are beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. The location is the absolute best. It’s just steps away from the shops and restaurants but you would never know as it’s tucked back and super quaint and quiet! A relaxing oasis in the heart of PTown! The amenities are top notch! Staff was super responsive and accommodating. Amy and Denise at the management level are also amazing and super helpful. We learned this company actually owns several properties and we can’t wait to visit them all! Thank you for a wonderful and memorable trip!!”
“We mistakenly arrive in Ptown a day early for another hotel. Everything was booked all over town. The staff at Harbor Hotel came to our rescue, lowered their price and did not charge us for our dog. Amazing hospitality. It's a big hotelm the ocean across the street and they have a big pool.....I highly recommend them.”
“The room was great and could still accommodate our big family of mostly small children, one service dog, and our pet dog. It was a wonderful place for our family with the beach right there, and we could even see the fireworks right from our private beach at the hotel for the 4th of July. !!!!! We had a great time !!!!
Rooms: The room is like a studio apartment with a kitchenette we had 2 queen beds, kitchen table and a shower bathroom. Very clean and has great views right from your bed. There is a deck over looking the sand and beach with a table and chairs.
Nearby activities: Very close to province town I would suggest taking a bus or shuttle into town rather than driving only because of the lack of cheap parking but other wise well worth the cost if you had to pay to park. There are so many shops and restaurants, the warf, pilgrims tower, and so many beaches.
Walkability: It is a good walk if you want to walk to the province town. Maybe even renting a bike or e bike would make it so much more doable.”
