Cait really helped me out she helped me get a new line and a free phone. Then she helped me transfer all my stuff from my pixel to my new iPhone. I couldn't believe all my stuff like my contacts my photos and my apps all went over. I would definitely recommend coming to The Townsend store if you need help. They really want to help and they know what they're doing. I left my phone with her I came back everything was done

Caitlyn helped me transfer from samsung to a google pixel 7 pro. She was uo front and honest and helpful. Saved me some money which is great. Got all my stuff over easily. Thanks.

I have came in and worked with Caitlyn a few times, she's great! She fixed my phone bill last time and got some bad apps and virus type stuff off my phone for me. She's Always honest and nice and helpful.

Helpful. Went in and all were knowledgeable. Caitlyn helped me get a new s24 with a really good amount of money off. Then transfered my stuff from old phone to new phone seamlessly. Helped switch me to a newer unlimited plan for roughly same amount of money too. Would recommend working with this store.

They will leave themselves a review on Google through your Google account. Notice how many people have left a 5 star review but this is the only thing they have ever left a Google review for. Hmmm...suspicious. I've already spoken with state AG and wireless zones ethics compliance department.

I went in to replace my iPhone. Caitlyn helped me and got all my stuff transferred into the new phone and she helped put the screen protector on. Left my phone with her came back and it was all done. Thanks !

I worked with Caitlin at the Townsend store she a was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to help me get me get contacts and pictures off my broken screen phone. Totally broken and she got all my stuff onto the new one. So good I sent the rest of the family rk do their phones.

Cait S. went above and beyond to help my dad with his phone. His phone wasn’t functioning properly. She showed patience and kindness helping him and spent over and hour with him. She’s kind and genuinely concerned with the satisfaction of her customers. Someone give this girl a raise!
