Great experience buying a car here. The people are super responsive, trustworthy, patient, and very flexible. Major kudos to Pete Leger. You can tell how much they emphasize and value customer service.

Took our suv to ford for repairs and tires. Made an appointment which is a joke. It is drop vehicle off in morning and we will keep it all day. Get a call at 3pm saying they wont be able to finish my suv. So we had to leave it another day. Work only takes like 3 hours so you kept my car all day and didnt do shit to it. I kind of need my vehicle. That is inconsiderate. SUV was finally done at 130pm. So they didnt even do the work first thing in the morning. Seriously rediculous that this was handled the was it was. You would think to apologize they would take a little off the bill. Nope not townsend ford. Never again will I go to them they do not care about customer satisfaction at all.
