Had been using Dr McGee and was pleased with the service until recently. Made an emergency call in the spring for a possible colic with one of our horses and was promptly dismissed of that notion. Just today called regarding a lameness issue and was told that the only time that they had available AT ALL over the next few weeks was today at 1pm. Would not dispense banamine paste even though they have worked on horse before. Stated that because they had not seen horse in a year they would not dispense medication. I am immune compromised and did not want outside interactions because of the COVID pandemic but they did not feel this was a valid excuse. Refused to try to provide us with another appointment.

Had Dr Bethany out tonight for a rear leg wound on our three year old gelding. Our regular vet is on vacation, and Dr Bethany didn't even hesitate, called immediately, and arrived fast. Treated our youngster calmly and skillfully, and was cheerful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!!

My wife and I are SO happy we called to have our goats checked that we had just purchased. Prompt service, reasonably priced, and the mobile ambulance was stocked completely with everything.We found out one of our girls was expecting 2 kids. Fast forward few weeks later... Sunday night at 9pm we have Dr Bethany come out to check our girl out because only 1 kid came out. She was so informative and helpful with everything. The level of service we received was above and beyond our expectations. Thanks so much!

I was told my vet was the best in the area. But I was not happy with the half hearted effort or lack of it given to my horses.

I just want to thank Dr Laura for coming out this morning when I couldn’t get hold of our regular vet. She was amazing, compassionate and helped us through a very difficult time. I now will have a new vet with her. I couldn’t have handled this without her care for both our pony and for us.

McGee Equine has come out to our house twice now for our goats, and we are very happy with the care our animals received! Super friendly people who clearly care about animals. Our buck is now officially a wether, and it was a lot less stressful than I expected. Having an emergency number to call has also been great. We will definitely continue to work with McGee Equine (just hopefully not on an emergency basis! We don't like emergencies

my regular vet is out of town... McGee Equine is covering her, had never met us and my gelding required care today. I am beyond grateful for you not only swiftly answering my call but as I waited I received updates from Dr. Laura regarding her ETA. She was wonderful with her handling of my boy, examining him and answered all of my questions kindly and thoroughly. I am beyond appreciative of this practice for topnotch care of both human and equine!!

They are decent vets, but really not careful or observant. They charge excessive fees every visit. My horse has pneumonia and they were more concerned with convincing me to test for Cushings disease than treating and monitoring his pneumonia, which got much worse. Not financially or practically the best choice out here.

Both Dr. Harvey and the tech that came out to our farm did a phenomenal job with our donkey, Earl... a timid, very green rescue standard donkey. They were so gentle and good with him from start to finish. The procedure went very smoothly, and they got him all UTD while he was under anesthesia... so much less traumatic than trying to force him on a trailer and out to a vet clinic somewhere. He is healing great so far and we couldn't be more happy with the entire experience of working with McGee Vet Clinic!!

Dr. Chad McGee and Dr. Nate Harvey are totally the best vets ever. My mare needed sarcoid surgery, and Dr. McGee recommended an excellent surgeon, then Dr. McGee and Dr. Harvey were out to the barn several times a week for dressing changes, wound debriding, you name it! They and the surgeon consulted over the weeks to do what was best for my girl! I love love love these vets ! HIGHLY recommend!

Chad has been my newly adopted Mustang's Vet since day one and I LOVE his knowledge and "bed side manner". He had NO problem handling my wild horse and I HIGHLY recommend his veterinary services to any equestrian!
