They were helpful and asked me to drop the cash register at their Fitchburg workshop. They fixed it in time and performed the job in time.Variety of POS and cash register on display. Appleseed also offers credit card processing services.Parking is challenging but I was able to find one.Professional staff, I will definitely recommend Appleseed business machines.”

“They still have my favorite French vanilla hot coffee /Cocoa or whatever that powder stuff is. The 7/11 in Nashua changed their machine out for some weird other machine, and the French vanilla is garbage. This one in Townsend/ Pepperell still has the tried and true French vanilla powder coffee dispenser , I don't even know what it's called, but if you know , you know. It's so sweet and creamy and hot. I want to go get a cup right now. Please never change it! For the love of God! LOL Don't sell out and try to be fancy...just leave well enough alone! It's the only 7/11 around me that I know of, and I need my french vanilla fix! Rant over lol”

“I am a computer/cell phobic and hate change. I was terrified to switch from my 7 year old cell phone and afraid I would lose everything and not be able to navigate a new cell. Romeo at Orchard Hill in Leominster was outstanding! I explained my fears, and he was nothing but patient and kind and answered all of my questions and explained differences and changes. I feel so much better after having upgraded my old, tired phone now that he guided me through the transition. I would definitely go back to that store and deal with Romeo again in the future. Just what you want in customer service!”

“Cait really helped me out she helped me get a new line and a free phone. Then she helped me transfer all my stuff from my pixel to my new iPhone. I couldn't believe all my stuff like my contacts my photos and my apps all went over. I would definitely recommend coming to The Townsend store if you need help. They really want to help and they know what they're doing. I left my phone with her I came back everything was done”
