“I am somebody that does not like target or has ever cared about going to shop there and just the other day I would guess around February 1, 2025. I went in and did WOW! beautiful store product everywhere tidy all neatly lined up music going that I found myself dancing and singing to lol price is the average to not bad great food grocery area considerable enough different products to choose from nice little discounted one to two dollar items in the front of the store fantastic! Get it all in one stop.

“I recently visited this Best Buy to have a dash camera installed in my new car, and I have to say, the experience was great. The installation tech was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the product. He took the time to explain its features, ensured a clean and professional installation by neatly hiding all the wires, and made sure I understood how everything worked before I left.
Setting up the appointment was also a smooth process. When I initially called, I explained that I wanted the wires hidden, the camera to power on with my car, and for it not to be plugged into the cigarette lighter. The person on the phone was very helpful and let me know I’d need an additional cable to make that happen. Thanks to their advice, I was able to order it ahead of time and have it ready for the installation.
As for the store itself, it was well-organized with plenty of products on the shelves. However, I was a little disappointed that the only person who greeted me was the loss prevention staff at the front. I spent some time walking around and browsing different departments, and while the store wasn’t too busy, it would have been nice to have an associate check in with me.
Overall, I had a positive experience, especially with the installation service, and I’d definitely consider returning for future tech needs.”

“They still have my favorite French vanilla hot coffee /Cocoa or whatever that powder stuff is. The 7/11 in Nashua changed their machine out for some weird other machine, and the French vanilla is garbage. This one in Townsend/ Pepperell still has the tried and true French vanilla powder coffee dispenser , I don't even know what it's called, but if you know , you know. It's so sweet and creamy and hot. I want to go get a cup right now. Please never change it! For the love of God! LOL Don't sell out and try to be fancy...just leave well enough alone! It's the only 7/11 around me that I know of, and I need my french vanilla fix! Rant over lol”

He was so helpful.I can’t say enough positive as when we entered the building we were just looking.. we like our new phones and the service with them.The next day they had trouble with service on the # of bars we had but still got calls on it.”

“Everything works perfect except some thing with my texting not going through. It is something wrong on T-Mobile end. I give five stars to the associate name Umar (hope I spelled it write) from the Mechanic St., Leominster branch. Outstanding customer service!!! I’ve been in retail over 20 years and I know good service when I receive it. This young man was polite, patient and has a great personality.
