“It was nice to visit a shop that people are actually honest with you about what is wrong with your vehicle and not trying to make you spend more money for things that are not wrong with your vehicle. So far things are working as was stated to me they would be and if there were any issues to call or come by immediately with my vehicle so they could help me with any issues that occurred.”

“Ron and his team did amazing work. The gaps between panels are even, and you would never know the car was hit unless I posted these pics. Millennium Yellow is a very hard color to blend & match to 20+ year old paint, so it took slightly longer than originally expected, but they nailed it. 10/10 will be bringing my other corvettes there when the time is right.”

“We took our vehicle to Bob at Groton Collision to repair it after we had hit a deer. Bob is professional, effecient, & kind. It's no wonder he has been in business so successfully for so long. It is appearant he runs a very busy shop but he always took the time to communicate and update us. They also did a great job on our vehicle, but Bob being a genuine guy really made the experience. “Amazing experience. Cathy was awesome. She took care of everything. She contacted my insurance company and took care of the quotes and getting them to my claims adjuster. Any other issues were taken care of by them. I barely talked to my insurance company. She also took care of the rental car. She found me different companies with different rates. She worked with my insurance to get me the best deal. When the accident caused more damage than expected they contacted my insurance company and got the extra money for repairs without me doing anything. When my car was finished all I had to do was drop off the rental car to them and they handled that as well. I didn't even have to deal with the rental company at all!! Awesome company. Awesome customer service. And the body work was great. They even detailed the inside of my car. I highly recommend.”
