Absolutely beautiful flowers! I bought these for my wife and these are hands down her favorite. They fill up the room with a pleasant scent and they still look amazing after two weeks. Not a single rose has drooped. Very impressed! Y'all got yourself a regular customer, thank you!

Buyer Beware. My daughter spent nearly $100 on this arrangement with delivery. When I sent her a picture thanking her for the mother's day gift she said, "mom that looks much smaller than I thought it would be." When she shared the actual item she ordered I was shocked! The arrangement was "maybe" 1/4 the size of the actual picture, if that. With all of the other flower shops in town I told her to stay away from the Bloomery. I tried to reach the bloomery by email but didn't receive a response.

The way to tell a quality business is not always what they do right, but how they handle things when something goes wrong. We had an issue with delivery of an arrangement we ordered online for my mother's birthday. We called Maria at the Bloomery and she went above and beyond to make it right. Though we insisted it wasn't necessary, she personally delivered a complementary bouquet of flowers to my mother with a personal apology for the problem with the order. This is the second time we have ordered flowers from the Bloomery and the quality of the arrangements are beautiful. I will order again next year, though I will call them directly next time instead of ordering online. I appreciate Maria going above and beyond to resolve the issue, she was very gracious.

Received my $120 bouquet for Valentine’s today to give to my wife and was really shocked at how disappointing it was. Wilted flowers, leaf rot on the greenery, damaged petals, and not a single red rose (the bouquet I selected online showed multiple full red roses). I even spoke with someone last week over the phone to go over details and they made it sound like the bouquet was going to be over the top. Not the case - I feel like I’ve been swindled here, the whole point with going to a florist was so that my flowers looked professional and not from the grocery store. I could’ve saved $80 and just went to Whole Foods.

First time using this Florist. My Girlfriend was absolutely delighted with the bouquet which arrived on Sunday no less. Did not expect that. Would absolutely use this Florist again.

Beautiful flowers and amazing owners! I cannot stress enough how helpful Maria is- I had an issue doing an online order through a "big flower company" and she helped me resolve it. They will have ALL of my business for here on out! Blown away!

This was my first time using The Bloomery and Maria has won my business with her fresh, gorgeous flowers and outstanding customer service! I live in NC and ordered flowers for my mother in Pepperell. I mentioned to Maria that I had a problem with a florist in that area previously. She took a video of the floral arrangement she created for my mom and sent it to me, easing my concern. So, so thoughtful!!!

My son always bought his wife flowers from here. He always bragged how they were the best and the owner was so sweet and kind.I've seen the flowers he would buy. They are beautiful.We lost our son this week. So I knew who to call to get the most beautiful flowers for our daughter in law at this time of heartbreak.And we know were to get them for his service.So greatful for the Bloomery for bringing happiness and joy to my sin and his wife....
