I'm giving a couple stars because I'm grateful Best friends helped me out with my cat when he needed a blood test done ASAP and their prices are very fair.. although a little dissapointed he was hospitalized all day for the 2 hr test and ended up getting an upper respiratory after being there.. But more importantly when my cat was having seizures and needed to be on meds ASAP I called last monday and nobody ever got back to me. When I called and left a voice mail I asked if they could just kindly give me a call back at some point that day so we can get my cat started on some meds.. here we are a week later and no response. I ended up going to another vet in the area who was able to appropriately treat him and now we have him on the correct meds and he's doing well. I am very disappointed in the fact they never called me back. I understand vets get busy but there's no reason my cat with seizures should have to wait a week or more to get treated for a serious condition.

our healthy 6 month old kitten was brought in for a routine neuter appointment. they called us later that day and said... "everything went well with the surgery but there was one complication.... he died" we are completely heartbroken. The doctor doesn't know why. Do not go there. They are understaffed. Total negligence. Reported to the state. We ordered a necropsy and hope to hear results but I really doubt they will follow up with us. Just a very sad horrible experience. Not handled professionally at all. :(

Very nice veterinary practice. Answered all my questions. Sallie (vet) is AMAZING with animals! And also Stuart (vet) has a gift too with evaluating and helping our animals. Best friends, an effective, compassionate team! Ty Best Friends. Sailor, Waldo and Wendy!

Always super helpful and friendly ? Dr. Sallie Thurber is awesome. She takes the time to talk to you over the phone and lets you know if it's something you can handle at home or if you have to bring your pet in.
