“I've had three banks and this one by far has the best policies. I love that with my checking account getting direct deposit, they rebate up to $15 in ATM fees a month. The staff has always been exceptionally friendly with me, and I've never had a single issue with them financially (which is saying a lot given my experiences at other small town banks). I definitely prefer using a more local bank to a National one, and RBT is a good one for sure. Interest rates are fair, if not generous, and they require no minimum balance for most of their account types. If you're just a simple human looking for simple banking like I was then RBT is definitely the way to go.”

“I have been a member for 10 yrs and they know everyone by name. The branch mgr notarised some paperwork for a background check. If you want a great relationship with a bank then open up an account, business, cd, ira, loan at this location. They will go above and beyond and explain everything to you. They dont treat you like a number they treat you with dignity and respect. Unlike some banks where you have to call and make an appointment just to talk to someone not like it here. If they are busy a wait might be no more than several mins. They have dog treats for our canine friends and lollypops for everyone else, which i always ask for, for myself and i am 61 yrs old haha. Regardless business or personal drop by and inquire how they can help you be successful in anything and everything you need to get done relating to banking, or a loan.
