I would have given this place a 5 star rating if not for Mike the manager. He is mean. He is disrespectful, rude, and acts like he’s better than everyone else. I dread walking through the doors just because I know he’ll be there. I even had a little old lady tell me she had the same experience. Who is mean to old ladies? I’m done going out of my way to be nice to this man when all I get is sour grapes. Please post a review if you agree so something can be done. This is not the Topsfield way. For the rest of the employees thank you for the great service!

After waiting in line in the lobby (COVID rules), the person in front of me was exiting and held the door open for me to enter, but the Post Office employee walked quickly from behind the counter and tried to physically close the door on me while I was entering.. the lobby wall is glass and so is the door, so the employee clearly saw that me and another person were waiting. He said "we are closed sorry", so I held up my cell phone which read 4:57pm and he replies, "sorry the computer shuts down automatically at 5pm and it's shut down now so there is nothing I can do". He then offered to take my 3 packages but said he couldn't give me a receipt..

Bad attitude and customer service. Very rude and poorly operated. Don’t recommend getting a passport here, as the posted hours don’t always reflect when they are open and available, and they’re very unhelpful throughout the process.

A package was delivered to me in error. I’m sure the person who ordered it is waiting for it. However, there is no option on the USPS automated receptionist that fits this situation! This is incredibly STUPID!! I’m certain I am not the 1st person this has happened to!!!!!

Went in to see if I could get some help with a package being delivered after waiting on their awful phone system for two hours and then getting hung up on; the lady said I will need to speak to her boss; so he comes out and right off the bat is extremely rude. Unbelievable; they need to fix there stuff over there or else I am switching to UPS.

One of the clerks locked the glass door right in my daughter's face even though it was 4:55pm and the post office claims to be open til 5pm. The female clerk must have seen my daughter, it was a full glass door! Questionable work ethic among some (not all) of the staff including the manager. Forced to complain to the Regional Operations Mgr.
