The team at T and S is exceptional. I needed my car end of day yesterday, and they discovered they had been sent the wrong part. When I expressed the need for my car today, they went above and beyond. My car was ready at 5:00. T and S is the best it has ever been! Well done!

I have been going to T & S Auto Services for 3 years now, Dan has taken good care in servicing my Class C motorhome Ford E450. Also, we will have our other vehicles service by them in the future.

Run away from this place... They started out good with simple fixes and then the stuff I went in for wasn't fixed after I paid and left. Every time I left new things were broken on my cars and other new issues not there before. I call them and tell them and they have me bring it back in a week or two. This happened every time I picked up my cars. I was constantly told these things were broken or needed repair. I was repeatedly charged for things they broke and when they broke a car window when I went in for a motor mount and Paul then told me it was my problem to replace since windows break sometimes when you shut the door. I demanded they fix it, but they jacked up my bill to cover the replacement of the motor mount. I kept having coolant and oil leaks and paying for fixes they claimed took care of it, then Paul told me all of my hoses needed replacement for well over 1000.00, and they had to take off the top of my motor to get to them. When I got the car back my AC was not working (this was the 2nd car this happened to) and they claimed it wasn't their fault. On the first car the that the AC didn't work after picking up, I had the mechanic show me what he did to change the motor mount and he said he just moved my AC unit out of the way and he found he caused a hose to come loose doing this and I made him recharge it free. I figured I would stop using them because of this, but they took it upon themselves to recharge my other car as they claimed it was empty due to age and charged me for it. I got 5 miles away and it wasn't working. I brought it back again and they told me they will find out what was wrong while I was on vacation for two weeks. When I got back I found they drove my car as their own personal car (they admitted it) and put over 300 miles on my car and a empty gas tank. The AC still wasn't fixed and they claimed they put a dye into the system to find the leak and promised I would have it back the next day after I took it back. I called the next day and they hung up on me, I called the next day and it went to voice mail and on the 3rd day Paul picked up and told me "they do not have time to work on it since they have larger more profitable repairs to do and that was the way it is". I picked up my car and told them I will not be coming back and I will get it checked out and send them the bill since I already paid twice for the repair. I took it to a Certified Mechanic who does AC and had them look at it and they found and documented the system was totally drained and no dye was ever put into it and there was nothing wrong with my AC system, it was just drained by them to make money off me to do a fake repair. My advice skip this place, they seem to trap you into coming back for mistakes they made or worse. I will be reporting them to the state licensing board.

I recently took my car in for service and Paul was very good at explaining what he needed to do. The next day there was more work that was needed and they needed to get a part. The next day he said it would be ready by closing that day. It was not finished that day and I did not hear from him that day or the next working day. The third day I called and was told it was ready now, but they had not notified me. Initially he quoted me a price and in the long run it was more than twice that amount when I picked it up. I do believe they do a good job, but their communication skills are terrible and his attitude when I expressed my frustration with him not keeping me informed and not giving me adequate updates on what it would cost, he was very dismissive. I would not use this garage again.

EXCELLENT They are now my GO-TO. They are so nice, informative and very helpful. He fully explains what he's going to do and why. Phone is always picked up in a few rings. Just recently, I broke down on Rte 95, he arranged for the tow truck and got back to me that day as to what was the problem.

T & S Auto kept my 2006 Acura running for 14 years and 248,000 miles! Any time something needed fixing, they diagnosed it accurately, inform me of my options and complete the repairs completely and not overcharge. They would most times offer a loaner vehicle if it was available. If not they would given me a ride to work and pick me up when ready. Just a solid group of dedicated people who have worked together for a long time.

I would do yourself a favor and not go here. got taken for a ride and then some. paid a lot of money for not a lot of work. not trustworthy to say the least
