“We have been to Salem so many times, and somehow I never noticed this incredible shop until this past weekend, and now it is my new very favorite store! It is an absolute wonderland of beauty, and is filled with items to delight those of us with quirky little vintage souls. My whole family loved it so much that we stopped in, shopped, and returned a second time for a few more items when we were leaving. I'm already daydreaming about my next trip there so I can stockpile more whimsical wares!”

“We had to say goodbye to my Nana today and I placed a floral arrangement to be delivered for the services from Sweetbay. I placed the order online and added a note asking if we could add two ribbons (one for Mom and one for Nana) and requested pastel colors and Irish greenery.
Minutes after placing my order, I received such a nice text from Liz letting me know they’d take great care of this arrangement for me and could accommodate my requests.
I originally requested delivery on Saturday (mass services were on a Monday in the morning) and I didn’t want to risk them not arriving on time since it was just a mass, not a wake/viewing. Liz texted me as we got closer to let me know she contacted the funeral home directly and coordinated a time to deliver the flowers on Monday morning instead.
The arrangement was everything I could have dreamed of and it was absolutely beautiful and arrived on time.
I was so impressed with the care that Liz and her team took to make such a difficult day a little bit easier, I won’t use any other shop for flowers moving forward. They have gained a forever customer. Thank you so much!”

“I happened to stop by this store by chance, being in the area and needed something. What I expected was a paint store with the usual help that one might expect, I.e., get some questions answered and that is it. What I pleasantly discovered was that Van and Angela, who are there most days at the paint counter, were the most helpful and eager staff I could have encountered, I might say in any kind of a retail environment. I was in the discovery phase of color selection and Van not only helped mix some colors, but went above and beyond and helped me with preparing sample color boards. I was not expecting them to be so accommodating and all the while with such pleasant attitude. I went back there several times, well out of the way for me, to narrow down my discovery and each time I received the same level of focused attention and courteous service. The color I ended up with was a very specific and delicate blend of three base colors and Van was superb in matching the sample to the larger quantity I needed. I also happened to engage with Heidi in their Wallpaper section, and she was equally helpful. This review is to let anyone know that if you want to just buy paint and move on, any place might do. But, if you want great service and friendly help, then this particular store is the place to stop by.”

“This store is attached in the back to two other stores, so you can go to oak+moss, spruce home and roost if you are in a wheelchair. Very nice employees helped me go through the back hallway so I could appreciate all of what each store had. Everything was so nice and we definitely bought our share of items. I would highly recommend if you are in a wheelchair and need extra help.”
“This was in my top five stores I visited in Salem! I accidentally stumbled by it and OH WHAT FUN! The store is filled with unique finds, plants, trinkets, prints, so so much!
I got a Creature From The Black Lagoon print as well as some beetles in amber and brass dinosaurs. That just tells you the variety! The owner was very nice and personable! Everything was very reasonable in price. :)”
“Chaplin helped me out so much today. He is respectful and patient. He got a large piece I ordered in my car with no scratches and then took the time out to explain the product to me and all its features. He is so knowledgeable about all the products it makes me want to come back to the store again. The store in general is great but his help and knowledge makes people come back”

“I really deeply love this store. I love the product selection, style, and the people who work here. Wayfair has major issues with their warehouse though. Multiple items have come missing parts and therefore we have been unable to receive our proper white glove delivery we have paid for. The staff of the store are not given adequate power to expedite or fix problems with these deliveries. Every aspect of the Wayfair chain is independent from one another, and this seems to cause issues. The fact that I can still give 4 stars is a testament to how much I like the brick and mortar store.”
“?Amazing experience from the moment we walked in the door. BARB was there to help explain the Sleep Number mattress and all of the questions that we had. Everything from how the mattress worked, to purchasing our new mattress. She was not pushy at all and let us take our time and deciding on which mattress we would like to purchase. (We tried all of then multiple times) Could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend going to this store and seeing BARB ?????

“Have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this Pottery Barn. I’m kind of shocked by some of these reviews. I have had both the most helpful and friendly sales associates and designers each time I have shopped at the store. They were also incredibly realistic about the timelines for shipping etc.One of the designers Kendra has been an amazing resource in helping to design two rooms in my house and even looking at pictures and FaceTiming us to ensure the sizing of things would fit correctly in our space. I am so happy with everything we have purchased and will absolutely be shopping with them again and getting Kendra’s help with whatever design questions I have.”
