After spending time trying to identify the source of the problem, he didn't think it made sense to replace anything right then and there, and instead said to give it more time and call again if the problem came back. I appreciated his honesty and would definitely contact again for any other appliance repair needs in the future.”

“I wanted to buy the 4 outdoor dining chairs that were high up on the wall display. Went to the service desk asked for help and no one came. I did ask the garden employee Jim who was outside and without hesitation he came right over and got the chairs for me. He also opened a box for additional chairs that I wanted. He saved Home Depot from a disappointed customer to one who will return again ! I almost walked out empty handed but instead bought 6 chairs ! Yay Jim ??⭐️

“Good Afternoon, I have been coming to the lumber department for years now, and began going with my grandfather back in the early 2000s to help him find cuts of wood for his job. It was a tradition we had to go there after we would eat breakfast together on my day off from school. I have always been treated with exceptional service throughout my life whenever I needed to grab some plywood cuts for a bed, or something for my family. Those boys in the lumber department do their job to the highest level of satisfaction. One day, when I was shopping recently, I was disappointed in the management's treatment of them. One of the managers was constantly barking orders at them, and being incredibly unethical in his speech. I couldn't believe it, especially because those boys do an incredible job and are always attentive and caring, part of the Home Depot's core values. It seems as if one of those managers tends to sit on his behind and eat fast food all day while the workers break their backs. I'm just calling it like I see it. Pay those boys more! They deserve it.”

“I really love it because it has every type of tech you could want unless it's something that's hard to find but other than that you can get computer parts,game systems and much more and the staff is extremely helpful and nice professional as well can tell they are interviewed nicely but the ambience can get a little bit loud with alarms going off a lot so if your sensitive to sound maybe go somewhere else but other than that great place”

“Got my vacuum cleaned and looked over in a timely manner. I forgot to bring my vacuum in with the filter in
It, and he had put a note on tape over my power button to reinstall my filter prior to use, so that i did not cause myself issues later on trying to vacuum without it! He also carried and put the vacuum into my car for me without me asking, which i appreciated because i am pregnant. They are friendly and do a great job, my vacuum works/has better pressure and smells so much better! I will be back with my other vacuums and bissel for sure. Thanks essex vacuum.”
