The service sucks. i originally had scheduled a site survey and asked for a phone call before they arrived at my house so i could meet them there and discuss where i would like the tanks. i never got a phone call but i did receive a bill. i then tried to get in touch with someone to talk about the issues i was having with the service but i could never get in touch with anyone. weeks after i already switched companies i got a voicemail to schedule a new site survey. i never called them back to approve the new survey however i then received another bill. and you can never get in touch with anyone on the phone.

Storefront is never open during their posted business hours yet there are always workers here… just want to get a tank checked for a leak and possibly replaced but can’t get a hold of anyone in this country when calling the number on the door. Should rename company to Indiagas

The number that you think is your local branch now goes directly to call center. Tough to deal with a middle person when you’re trying to resolve a delivery issue. The automated delivery call said I would receive a delivery today. After it never showed the just send you another automated call. So I have no idea when it will actually arrive.

I renewed the existing service from the previous owner of my house. I signed up for autodelivery - but ran out of propane mid-winter because you put a hold on my account but never told me you would not deliver to the same location you delivered to last year. Reason given for running out of propane was "service issues", but after much arguing and a "emergency delivery" the delivery person said all was well and there were no serious issues. You suck.

My experience has been awful. Only reason I’m using them is because they on my tank I was on auto delivery and against my own well I was taken off auto delivery and with me my wife and two kids were in a situation last month but we had no heat, because we ran out of propane because we were unaware that, we had no propane left. We left it up to AmeriGas to take care of it. After some conversations they came out that night gave us propane, which is very good. They assured us that they would put us back on automatic delivery. We even went as far to reach out to them three times in the last month to make sure they taken care of it. Total of 2 1/2 hours on the phone with them. Now here we are it’s Monday it’s about 18° out and we are about to run out of propane again we have about 8% left in my tank and they still haven’t made a delivery. This is very sad to me because I’ve been a customer for four years. To boot there charging me $12-$1300 a fill. I’m very disappointed in AmeriGas in the way they’ve treated me and my family this past year.

TERRIBLE SUPPORT. YOU DON'T HAVE RESPONSIBILITY with your customers. .
I HAVE 1% of propane and you have missed two scheduled deliveries.
It's the WORST utility company I've ever experienced in my life. I have two little kids at home and I don't have gas to cook or heating in the middle of the winter.
Im working with a lawyer to sue your company

Absolutory the WORST .. go to Holden, go to Scott Energy, go to Townsend, go to Eastern anyone but this company. Their customer service lies and lies and lies. All these reviews say the same thing stay away.
