313 Grand Ave, Falmouth“Amazing bed and breakfast in an excellent location. Our stay was short but will definitely be returning. We were very pleased with the ease of check-in, the quiet rooms, and the lovely amenities and little treats offered throughout our stay. Luxury toiletries, drinks and snacks in the fridge, beach chairs and towels, even umbrellas were all nice touches that made us feel welcomed. The breakfasts were delicious and loved that we could bring the trays right up to our rooms. My only suggestion for the owners is to replace the mattress as it had sunk from possibly many years of use which gave me a sore back. Other than that minor issue, we will definitely be returning for longer stays. Thank you!”
“This is an exceptional experience, over and above anything I expected. The rooms are absolutely wonderful. Beds have memory foam tops. Pillows are giant. Amenities are over the top. Even make up remover pads!Exceptionally clean and well maintained. The breakfasts are so exceptional - omelettes sausage poached eggs fresh fruit etc. The owners are warm and friendly and totally awesome. The staff is exceptional. The service is exceptional and everything -- to the minutest detail of decor -- exceeds all my expectations. Plus, they have the most exquisite gardens. Also offering a cottage experience. Don't forget to say hi to the big ole Leonberger.”
“Lovely inn in a great spot… we were there in May and the host was very accommodating .. rooms clean and coffee in the am in a real mug. Lovely porch and s’mores by the pool at night! Went with kids and it was easy to access the bike path and the beach….”

- the staff was excellent! They were kind, helpful, quick and accommodating.

I absolutely loved my stay!”
“Very central to everything in Oak Bluff. Rooms were clean. There were drinks, snacks and mints in room. Shower was hot. Beds were very comfortable and pillows as well!
Downstairs had fruit, water, coffee, and danishes. Delicious! Check in lady was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and nice.
There was even a storage area with things you could use at the beach and a spot for your bikes.
Would absolutely stay here again.”

836 Palmer Ave, Falmouth“We really enjoyed our time at Autocamp Cape Cod! We stayed in one of the Airstreams and really liked how they are styled. The bed was way more comfortable than we were expecting to boot. -- it felt like ones we've enjoyed at luxury hotels.
The layout is a typical campground, so they are close to each other, but the windows are set up in a way where you feel like you have privacy from your neighbor when sitting at your fire pit. Our airstream was backed against a fence/outer loop and I would request a that placement again if coming back.
The clubhouse was very nice and was a great place to hang and enjoy the view and ocean breeze.
The thing that really made the experience for us was the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our time and had an amazing stay. I truly cannot say enough good things about the staff.
We booked several of the experiences and highly recommend doing so. And we took advantage of the 2 hours of free bike rentals multiple days. Being able to bike to local establishments and nature offerings was A+.”
“Amazing hospitality from Annabelle and Simon. Gourmet breakfast with changing menu daily. Free soda and candies and a bit of a tipple for a night cap are a very nice touch, as are the cookies delivered to our rooms nightly. The free bikes are useful for short jaunts in town, or a quick ride to Oak Bluff. Beautifully decorated living spaces, and outdoor spaces to relax. Comfortable bed.”

146 Falmouth Heights Rd, Falmouth“Falmouth Heights Motor Lodge is the most fantastic place to stay while in Falmouth! We have stayed numerous times! There is an awesome variation of rooms available, from staying at the lodge (which we love) to staying in what Mike called The Taj Mahal of vacation spots ?️ The pool was crystal clear, Island Queen to MV for biking and biking to Woods Hole always completes our visits! What a great honeymoon week and we can't wait to come back in August! Maureen her family and staff are the best ☘️”

31 Dunes Rd, Edgartown“Martha’s Vineyard so precious and I was very privileged to stay at one of the best resort in the island. Everything - room interior, service, food, nature - is so perfect that I understood why people pay a lot of dollars to stay here during peak July/August.I heard that the former president often visit here with many celebrities and this resort recently hosted his famous 60th birthday party.I will definitely revisit if I get another opportunity to visit the island.Rooms: Ocean view rooms are breathtakingSafety: The resort area seems to be very safe. I do not have problem walking around the resort at midnight for stargazing.Food & drinks: There’s a restaurant called the Dunes inside the resort and the culinary team is very competent. Highly recommend.”
“The Dockside Inn was absolutely perfect! The room was clean and cozy. They had a complimentary space with water, ice cream, coffee, tea, and snacks. They had a ton beach chairs, beach towels, coolers with ice!, and beach toys that you could take when you wanted and bring to any beach! The location is perfect and close to shops and bars. From the moment we stepped in the door, greeted by assistant manager and baker extraordinaire, Ellen, who had our room ready early, it was a lovely experience. Everything other guests have said about complimentary breakfast is true. Coffee is excellent, and I haven’t had such a tasty and healthy breakfast in a long time. Go here!”

I love this place! Hob Knob is officially our go-to when visiting Edgartown!! Abby and her team are simply amazing
Rooms: The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. No screaming children running amok in the hallways. Upscale and wonderful
Nearby activities: The location is central to everything Edgartown has to offer! Literally minutes from many many upscale bars and restaurants

70 Lake Ave, Oak Bluffs“My husband and I stayed at Summer Camp and overall our experience was really great. Our room was spacious and pretty comfortable. The lobby and porch area were really comfy and had a very modern look to it. The only downside was that there were no microwaves in the rooms and there wasn’t an outlet in the bathroom for a blow dryer. However, the location of the hotel was extremely close and in walking distance from shops and restaurants.”

22 Winter St, Edgartown“Are you looking for a boutique hotel that is quiet, quaint, clean and in a walkable neighborhood? This hotel made me feel like a princess with the lavish and comfy decor. It felt good to have wonderful hair and akin products. My favorite part is the coffee bar with coffee, tea, filtered water and sparkling water! Last but not least the breakfast is not your typical continental breakfast! They elevated to yummy and homemade items! Best place ever for friends, solar or couples getaway!”
“I’ve stayed here twice and plan to make it my go-to every time I’m on Cape. Really nice, comfy, clean rooms in a cute setting. I don’t think the pictures do justice. Best location right on Main St so you can easily explore the area walking. Also the staff was very friendly.
Nearby activities: Everything! Restaurants, shops, bars. I didn’t walk to the beach but it’s nearby.
Safety: Very safe right on Main Street
Walkability: Probably one of the only hotels where you can stay in the Falmouth area that is super walkable.”

457 N Rd, Chilmark“Coming down the tree lined path to the inn, I knew this was a special place. We were greeted warmly by Virginia and she immediately wished us a happy anniversary. We were about 5 hours before checkin, so Virginia gave us a coveted Lucy Vincent beach pass and some towels. We were riding our bikes, so she explained how narrow the roads are and where to use caution.
They had the room ready 2 hours before checkin time, and we were greeted by a beautiful pair of swans, gorgeous flowers, and a delectable box of local chocolates. I love the simple aesthetic of these rooms and the water view from our private deck!
There is so much to explore here. They have a sister property, The Beach Plum, where we could get complimentary continental breakfast from 8-10 am. There is a plethora of accommodations here, sure to please any easygoing traveler. The main building has a well equipped game and reading room. They also have a fitness center, another game room with a ping pong table, and an outdoor shower.
The sprawling property pops with lush green grass and vibrant flower beds. There is a meandering path that takes you past the property’s chickens and cows, by a bamboo grove, and across a wooden trail right to Menemsha Beach.
This was our first time staying here, and will definitely not be our last. It’s a little piece of paradise and upon learning they’re open until the end of October, I hope to be back again soon!
Rooms: Classic coastal rooms with a crisp aesthetic. Loved the polished dark wood floors and tiled bathroom.
Nearby activities: Lucy Vincent beach, Aquinnah cliffs, Menemsha beach, Menemsha bike ferry, Chilmark general store and tavern.
Walkability: Within walking distance of Menemsha, where you’ll find a beautiful beach, fish markets, indoor and outdoor restaurants, and shopping.”
“We stayed at the Harborside Inn the weekend I was proposing to my girlfriend and it could not have been a better experience. The location, accommodations, and staff were incredible. Kait, their Guest Services Director, reached out to ask how she could make the stay extra special. The location is perfect for walking around Edgartown. The room was great, but more importantly the grounds were beautiful and relaxing being positioned right on the water. They even had a live band playing Saturday afternoon. Highly recommend.”

555 Main St, Falmouth“Nice little beach motel very conveniently located on Main St in downtown Falmouth. We walked many places and since parking can be a hassle, it was a big factor in booking here. It's close to the ferry/marina, Falmouth Commodores baseball park, many restaurants/bars, a liquor store, etc. The pool looks nice, we wanted to go swimming but got so busy with things to do, we ran out of time! Staff is friendly! We'd definitely stay again!”
8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
15 Beach St, Vineyard Haven“Okay so this place isn’t for everyone. Don’t book it if you need a big room, seriously don’t book anything in New England outside of a Hilton if you need space to do a full acrobatics routine (maybe New England isn’t for you?). Tiny rooms but who is spending their hard earned summer vacation in a hotel room? Tho small the rooms were sufficient for our needs. The location is amazing. Walk straight from the ferry to the spot which is just a block from all the shopping and eats in VH. There’s a lovely deck to grab some sun or catch a view of the harbor. The staff is beyond helpful! This is a charming little gem that looks like a “motel” but feels like something more special.”
“Stayed here for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! The staff was super helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and had all the necessities, the beach was private and peaceful with chairs and umbrellas. They had great amenities like free coffee, water, towels, coolers etc. The location was walking distance to Main Street and other popular areas. 10/10 would recommend!”

141 Great Neck Rd S, Mashpee“The resort itself is amazing. It's cozy and the staff are friendly. The room had a few quirks to it from usage, but nothing terrible. We did have a dishwasher that wasn't working, but once notified, the maintenance crew got that in order.”
“We are so pleased with our choice to stay at The Mansion House! Perfect location, historic building, with spacious and immaculate rooms. They have a full size gym, sauna , steam room, hot tub and a pool! The rooftop cupola was lovely to sit at with a coffee in the morning enjoying the sun to start the day. The continental breakfast offered oatmeal, cold cereal, baked goods, yogurt, juice and coffee. We had minor issues with TV and charging station for our phones and they were dealt with promptly. We couldn’t help but notice the meticulous eye of the manager, Sam Tyree, who was constantly on his toes examining the details of the interior of the building. Emma, Trey and Cordella were helpful and friendly always greeting us with a smile and kind words. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to MV!”
