Top notch facility. The showroom is filled with many different seats, and employees are fantastic at answering questions. They truly enjoy their work, and it shows.

purchased a $520 seat for a family member thats a larger person but nothing extreme (270lbs)...after he tried it out he found it quite uncomfortable despite it looking nice and that the vertical highback cut off alot of the room the oem seat had. when i requested to return the seat (with 20% restocking fee which i understand) i was told they dont take "custom" returns. When i think of "custom" i think of like specific seat dimensions made for customer or outlandish colors with some pattern scheme....i just bought the seat in brown. thats it...same as black...but brown. so because its brown they wont take it back which is a silly hill to die on. As if mustang couldnt list the unused seat on their site as brown and have one on hand for when someone wants a brown seat. So in closing they wouldve had my $100 in a restocking fee + a seat that is 1 of the 2 most common seat colors (black & brown) .....im sure they couldve listed the brown seat on the site or xyz. but instead they get this. it was kindof an avoidable review tbh. folks were nice up until return request.

Nice tour. I have a question. Is the chemical they used called polyuthane-based? If so, this is a Chlorine is another toxin found in polyurethane-based foam mattresses, and the chemical is capable of causing cancers in the bladder and rectum. Can you elaborate more Mustang?

Just dropped off a 30yr old seat to be re-covered. A few emails and I was all set. Service was friendly and accommodating. Free return shipping even.A little hard to find on the street, but they're not really open to in person services. They could use a bigger/more obvious sign for the "ring for service" button inside. I walked right by it before calling the direct number to let someone know I was in the front office.I can't wait to get the seat back!Check out the before photos and I'll update once I get it back.

Absolutely blown away with the level of customer service from everybody at mustang seats. I rode down there personally to try out a new seat for my Indian Challenger and was very happy that I did. They lete put it on the bike and go ride to feel it out, Got to meat the guy who made the seat and some of the team who all were great. I can't recommend this place enough, felt like I was hanging with old Friends! Call Trisha in sales for help with your next mustang seat! I'll be back for sure!

I cannot say enough good things about Mustang... I was turned on to their product by a friend, and have since had their saddles on my last three motorcycles. If you're looking for an aftermarket saddle for your bike, do give them a go - they're beautiful, well-crafted, and comfy A.F.
