Not handicapped friendly at all! Went in to try to fill a prescription ... I'm disabled (blind, with heart failure and use assistive devices for mobility) and while in the store, I needed a bathroom. Employees told me that they had no bathroom, and steered me toward the gas station across the street. I can't believe that a public health service facility has no means of offering service assistance to blind, diabetes-ridden invalids. I'm glad I didn't have an appointment there for shots/inoculation of any kind. Handicapped parking signs are filthy and unreadable.

WOW! This store is next-level disorganized...and perhaps it's in part do to corporate but my girlfriend and I went for our Booster shot. 1.) the signage says go here, but then they tell you to go over there. 2.) My name was wrong on paperwork. 3.) We were supposed to also get our flu-shot-and had booked it online, but after waiting for an additional 15 minutes, after already waiting 20 minutes beyond the time we waited for the booster (which takes 1 minute), we just left...no flu shot. 4. They made my girlfriend fill out the paperwork she already filled out online. Oh also they have 2 windows to pick up meds-but they are so damn close it's probably legally wrong given Hipaa rules. In short, this place is about the last Walgreens I would go to based on that experience. I am sorry, I realize pharmacists are working night and day during the pandemic, but the whole experience was very lackluster. Oh I heard the pharmacy is completely closed on weekends when your average person has the time to go to the pharmacy. Walgreens corporate should fix these "bugs" in their system. I guess I should add my girlfriend gets all her prescriptions from Walgreens in South Tewksbury on Main Street and we have no problems there at all.

I called to check the availability of a product - they didn’t have it in store, but when I stopped by the store the pharmacist offered to order me the product right away. When I got to the store everybody knew about it because he had everybody looking for it - Great staff!
Stopped by the next day and the product was ready.
