My mother in law called this agent who set up her policy to ask for help with a claim and english is her 2nd languge so she asked for someone who speaks spanish. The person who answered said this is america and you need to learn english then hung up. When I called back the person who answered lied about what she said made an excuse about other spanish speakers calling them all the time and said she didnt know she was a policy holder or she wouldnt have done that. Then she wouldnt tell me her name or her role at the company. After mutiple asks she said her name is Denise but said her last name is not relvant when i asked she also hung on me when i pressed for her last name. I looked her up and it must of been Denise Pantano Colbert the agent listed for this location and company on linkedin unless this person lied about their name. This agent is also a selling Maffre insrance which is HQ'ed in Spain so she has no problem taking money from spanish people and selling insurance for a spanish company but refuses to service ESL people. Do not recommend and im changing agents ASAP

Worst agent in area, cancelled auto insurance and was getting bills still.I called office who told me that Mapfre is a little slow but that I was all set.I continued to receive emails saying payments were late.I called Mapfre who informed me that I was in fact not cancelled.I would recommend not doing any business here,someone is lying.
