The two times I’ve been in here for floral arrangements they were condescending and did not provide a good product. Do not go here if you’re expecting to get something on trend with the latest style.

Drove 20 minutes to get here because they had amazing reviews and I wanted to get ideas for a small flower garden. The selection was good for the time of year that we visited. However, this one star review is not related to their plants. While shopping, my oldest daughter needed to use the bathroom. She’s almost 4, so she wouldn’t be able to hold it in for the 20 minute drive back. I asked one of the workers in the florist department if she could use the bathroom. She said it would be dirty and wouldn’t recommend it. We really didn’t have another option though, so I insisted that it’s okay. She rolled her eyes, clearly very annoyed, sighed and told me “you should have put her in a diaper.” Don’t come here if you’re not prepared to receive massive attitude for having children.

I live in California and wanted to buy a birthday arrangement for my daughter-in-law, who lives in Tewksbury. I called and spoke to a charming lady who had a floral birthday cake made to my order. It wasn't cheap, but it was wonderfully done and delivered that day.

What a great experience! Called Tewksbury Florist & Greenery on a whim (found them using Google because they are located in the recipients' town) to order 2 arrangements. The florist that answered was polite, thorough, and the arrangement & delivery prices were totally reasonable. What gets them the 5 stars though was the immediate thank you call from the recipients, thanking us for sending the flowers, but adamant about how beautiful they both were. "The flowers are GORGEOUS!" I'll be sure to use them again!

Absolutely Fantastic Experience. I called after hours and left a voice message to order a spread for a co-worker's Mom's wake. A young lady named Karen called me back the same evening and handled my order flawlessly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
