Great bank and personal service! Love the old pre revolution house as well My son is a coin collector and this one of his favorite banks.

This is the most unprofessional bank branch I have ever experienced in my life! I was using the drive-thru lane, and I could only see one teller working on my transaction. I waited a considerable amount of time, and the teller took on other people's transactions from the other lane. Finally, I went in the bank, upset that the others were being helped before me. They claimed that two tellers were working at the window. I never saw a second teller (if there was one) due to the glare of the glass in the window. They had communicated to the whole bank--workers and customers--that I have driven off and was coming in the bank. Everyone was staring at me and laughing. When I told them I could see only one teller, that the glass had a glare, a teller said, "Is that our fault?" When I complained to a manager about the matter (without retelling what is above), she also said, "Is that our fault?" Who trained these people? I have never been treated so cruelly and unprofessionally in a bank in my entire life. Other branches of TD bank have been very good, but if the upper management doesn't take this situation seriously, I am closing my account.

The branch manager is ZERO help. Went in because of a couple account issues. All he kept saying was that "he was here to help". He didn't do anything to help, just gave me a brochure and asked what I was going to do about my account, instead of offering solutions. Absolutely ridiculous. They use to have great people working for them but now this place is absolutely awful.

Terrible, ATM is always down. Employees have no idea what's going on. Manager has to come over for every transaction.. go to a credit union
