I showed up at 745pm have a little one in the car with me so it took me a second to get out the car with him so let’s say literally 749-750 they locked the door and there’s 6 of them in there all standing doing nothing all on their phones and I tried to open the door they all locked up at me shaking their heads I pointed to my phone saying I just need a screen protector bc as a part of the T-Mobile plan I’m on it’s free if you crack your screen protector they replace it but was still told no but that’s cool I guess ?

I had an outstanding experience upgrading my phone from a Galaxy S21 to an Ultra 23 thanks to the T-mobile Team at the Tewksbury MA location. It was pleasant and seamless.

I had the pleasure last night of being assisted by Kiana Quiles. Kiana was very conscientious about providing me all the best options for my new phone. She set me up with the best plan, and the one that would impact my bill the least. She was patient and knowledgeable, kind and caring. She made a somewhat long and arduous process, easy to understand. I left knowing that I was all set, up and running and had the best plan in place. Thank you, Kiana!

Literally suck .. went there everything I told them I did to try to fix my phone they said hmm let's try this after I already told then I tried it .. told me I was going to have to pay when I'm do for a upgrade .. kid said I'll call you in a few days when it's in now been over a week .. then said maybe update the phone so I did that and the thing won't turn on .. won't ever go there again

I would give 100 stars if I could. My family was very well taken care of, we carried out the portability of two lines and bought a new device. All the staff are excellent, friendly and very competent, especially Brian and Guilherme, who helped us with everything we needed. Great service!

I want to return the home internet device. The staff told me he can not do that because I do not bring the box and label to him. I called customer service and customer service told me it is store responsibility to prepare the label and box so apparently the staff is finding excuse and lazy for work. I want to write it down here to complain what he did. I visited at 7:30 pm on 03/22/2023, do not come to this store for service, very bad experience!!!

This is the best T-Mobile I've ever been to. I've been there three times with relatively complicated questions. I have been treated very well by all of the employees that I have spoken with there. Of those three times, I never had the same employee to help me each time it was different person or a pair of people. But in all cases I was treated with respect and dignity, and I feel that they were truly professional individuals that knew their products. I was also very impressed that they seem to help each other if they did not know an answer to something they consulted each other. Five stars keep it up.

Must be the worst phone store besides the Billerica Verizon. This was a terrible place when it was a Sprint. Went in to get help with a lost phone. Instead was greeted by 5 employees on their phones, given no help, bad information and a wrong telephone number. When I went to go get the RIGHT number to call, they were all outside more concerned with having a Catch with a football than my issues. The store itself was empty and bare. I’d rather drive all the way to Nashua, NH for proper customer service than return to this location if my life depended on it.

Typical t mobile. Never easy. Forever waits all the time, in store or on the phone, lies all the time, and you always end up with your issue not resolved and etc.
