It was extremely shocking to me and not in a good way. I had agreed to a price. First off when I got there I couldn't find my unit like a maze. Then when I did finally find it I couldn't see a thing. I have a lot of pain and no one knew where there was a dolly or cart so I had to go get help from friends and buy my own dolly and flash light the lift which is not an elevator nor are people supposed to be on it. But I had no choice because I couldn't take the stairs. Finally I decided I could not make another trip. Th3 unit was so far from the lift. So I left a couple suitcases and trash bags iN there I get a call the unit is going up in price significantly the n3xt week I get a call it's going up again because of insuranWhy not tell me this while I was getting the unit at first. I told them to keep It and it wasn't worth all my time and trouble.

Nick was 10/10 outstanding. Ended his lunch break early to help me get set up with a storage unit. He was very friendly and accommodating. Took the time to get to know his customers, I didn't feel like another transaction. He took the time to explain each detail and made me feel likey belongings were protected. Happy to do business here!
