Stopped by the ATM in tewksbury to withdraw some of my own money , because I had none .only to have my card Confiscated because it had expired, Unbeknownst to me. You talk about mad. I've been a member over 30 years nice , very nice. The credit Union starting to mirror the company. the company

Very poor service. I called asking for information about refinancing my truck and the lady was very rude and hang up on me because she wasn’t specific on what information she was asking me so I had to ask her to Explain her questions a little bit better..

Good if your a member, not good if your a veteran looking for an ATM with no fees. RTN DOES NOT SUPPORT TROOPSOR VETS... We want free ATM services. Geeez

RTN used to be a great local credit union and grew too soon and too fast. As a result, service went to hell mostly when you try to apply for Home Mortgage. I met Sharon at the Tewksbury Location and she was clearly unprepared to take my application. Her computer did not have Network access and she took the application for pre-approval manually on a piece of paper. Hopefully, my identity was not compromised. The preapproval that should only take a day or two took over two weeks. I would send them the documents they requested and when I ask about the delay in their response, I am told that they did not receive the forms. So I have to send them over and over again. This is clearly a bank that is not keeping up with technology. I love the staff at this location but the Corporate folks are simply useless and need better technology to do their job better. I am closing my accounts and going elsewhere. RTN is the last credit union you want to do business with. Unless they invest in better technology and retrain their staff, you will be better off going elsewhere. I am sorry RTN, you lost my business.
