This pharmacy is the worst. The worst techs with a terrible attitude - super rude. They never answer the phone and when they do they have an attitude like they can't be bothered.I called about my daughter's prescription to get a status on it. She said it's been ready. WELL HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW. She rudely said the reason why I wasn't notified is because my daughter doesn't have a profile set up. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT I NEEDED A PROFILE SET UP? On top of that, she was talking over me. That type of attitude from techs are uncalled for. If you are having a miserable day, don't take it out on customers.

Absolute worst pharmacy ever. Had my sons script sent over and got a call it was ready on Friday go to pick it up and they say sorry the pharmacist left early. Go back Saturday and am told the pharmacy ISN’T OPEN ON WEEKENDS!!! Go back Monday and IT IS STILL CLOSED!!! Insurance can’t transfer it to another pharmacy without talking to the pharmacist which there is non. It’s like they are holding my sons prescription hostage. He’s on Day 3 without his medication. I’ve never been so frustrated in my life!!! Leaving a child without important medications way to go Walgreens!!!!

Last time I touched this holy ground I encountered a man! Not just any man! A man of honor! A brave man! One who sacrificed for my success! This man helps me make a huge decision in my life! I had to chose what gum I wanted! It was between pepper mint and winter mint! He helped me pick pepper mint! I tipped him 10 DOLLARS! I am writing this review so that the secret man in the Walgreens shall know he is appreciated! Also free tayK! Free Melly! Free Hoover! Thank you ??????

WOW! This store is next-level disorganized...and perhaps it's in part do to corporate but my girlfriend and I went for our Booster shot. 1.) the signage says go here, but then they tell you to go over there. 2.) My name was wrong on paperwork. 3.) We were supposed to also get our flu-shot-and had booked it online, but after waiting for an additional 15 minutes, after already waiting 20 minutes beyond the time we waited for the booster (which takes 1 minute), we just left...no flu shot. 4. They made my girlfriend fill out the paperwork she already filled out online. Oh also they have 2 windows to pick up meds-but they are so damn close it's probably legally wrong given Hipaa rules. In short, this place is about the last Walgreens I would go to based on that experience. I am sorry, I realize pharmacists are working night and day during the pandemic, but the whole experience was very lackluster. Oh I heard the pharmacy is completely closed on weekends when your average person has the time to go to the pharmacy. Walgreens corporate should fix these "bugs" in their system. I guess I should add my girlfriend gets all her prescriptions from Walgreens in South Tewksbury on Main Street and we have no problems there at all.

The people that work here are so nice. Very helpful staff. Nice, clean, and organized store. I think taking a left out of the parking lot during rush hour is the only inconvenience you will experience here.
