Don't expect anything to get fixed in a timely manner. Can't get a hold of anyone directly. Doesn't even have a valid number listed. They love passive aggressive notes and emails, but can't send a message or call to you specifically.

I rent a property that peak performance manages and they are the worst management company anyone can hire. The AC in my unit broke on a Friday and they did nothing to fix it. The brought someone in on a Monday afternoon it’s unacceptable in such hot weather.
