Paul is an excellent, honest and trustworthy mechanic. Extremely knowledgeable with BMW's. My daughters X3 was indicating a possible transmission problem and she thought her brakes were going. Paul took it for a ride and diagnosed it and found it didn't need either. It just needed a much needed oil change and filter at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't trust anyone else with her car.

I was so glad that I found Paul to repair my BMW. The car dealer gave me a list of which my car needs to be replaced with some parts. Three months later, I found Paul, he checked my car and said only one part needed to be changed and explained why I didn't need to change other parts. He changed my car's control arms, and the price was only half of the car dealer's price. exactly the same brand and the same quality as the car dealer. I recommend him to all of my friends. If you work with Paul, you will get peaceful.

Didn't work on my car. Parked in a spot near his door while doing business with someone else. Dude starts yelling to "F&*^ move my car or I'll have it dragged" No signs, no indication that you can't park there. I move, but while leaving not 2 minutes later he starts swearing at me again. I stop and after a heated conversation where I was able to calm him down. He informs me that he hates people and is sick of it. I said that's not a great way to run a business, why not put up signs or ask the landlord too? Yelling at random people isn't going to make them want to do business with you.Unfortunate, there are a couple of great small business in that building. But don't really want to go back and run the risk of having to deal with Paul again.

Paul was able to squeeze me in short notice and get my repairs approved through my extended warranty! Also forgot to mention I got my pre-purchase inspection through him as well which came in super handy when it was time to purchase my vehicle. Highly recommend!

Avoid this place like the plague. Asked a "very busy" mechanic/owner for a quick engine scan and he proceeded to tell me to "go $%^& myself". Wouldn't want him to touch my worst enemy's vehicle.
