Came in for diagnostic reading because I just replaced my thermostat but still had the error code. Workers were super nice and helped me pin point my car issues. They talked to me with respect even as a female and they were super knowledgeable! Hard to come by as a female in this industry.

I went in for a dead headlight issue, thinking they could sell the replacement bulb with free installation. When I arrived the crew greeted me warmly and quickly went to check the lights. Turned out to be a circuit issue, not a replacement, and they fixed it within 30 min and didn't ask for any charges. Thank you so much! You are the best!

Wonderful! Tiffany helped diagnose the problem with my car's blinker. Then she installed the correct parts and gave me advice so the problem won't reappear. Awesome job Tiffany!

Came here a few days ago. Rob was running the store solo for a bit & was very helpful & efficient. I've gone to so many parts stores where they act like you're inconveniencing then just by being there. This was refreshing. Keep up the good work my man.

Should probably update there hours considering online it says 9pmYou order parts show up at 7 and they are closed.So if your wondering they are open till 7 unless they want to close early or sometime s not even at all 3 times I've been by and they've been closed during regular hours.I'll go directly across the street to advance from now on thank you

My Subaru crosstrek was not starting regardless of new AAA battery. Jess at O'Reilly installed a new Superstart 3 year warranty battery. Did a test to make sure it was fully charged Excellent and professional service
