I've been utilizing Neighborhood Parcel for shipping and shredding for the past few years. The customer service is really helpful, knowledgable, and pleasant, and they always do their utmost to suit the customer's expectations. In all the years I've done business with them, I've never had a problem. I really recommend paying them a visit if you need assistance with shipping, shredding, or notaries.

"Impeccable service with a smile!" You couldn't ask for a more streamlined service for shipping parcels and purchasing of any additional, last minute packaging needs. I couldn't be more pleased with the services they provide so courteously, professionally and proficiently. Person working here is friendly and polite but their policy is to charge a $5 fee for pre-labeled package drop-offs that are over 20" long. I use UPS drops pretty regularly and this is the only place I've had someone try to charge. Should have just stopped at the hardware store.
Edit: I changed my rating from three stars to four stars in what I hope is a reasonable reflection of my disappointment in their policies but also an appreciation for their good customer service. I understand that as a small business they need to cover costs, but charging an incremental drop off fee is a competitive disadvantage for them. Most (all?) other providers seem to consider it just part of the overhead of running a services company, and I instead stopped at the local Ace Hardware. Regardless, I appreciate Sarah's handling of the situation and the time Hanson took to comment on my review.
