They will not advise on remediation or abatement of materials, and I find that useful so that there is no conflict of interest while interpreting the outcome of something like an asbestos test.”

“This is a Saturday visit review. I say that because the young guy who was at the front desk and drew blood only works here on Saturdays. Had an appointment, he was very courteous, pulled everything from the computer, even asked me about some old orders and explained that they are duplicates/overlaps with some recent orders. He didn't overcharge with multiple orders! I got in on time and he was very gentle as I have fear of needles! Such a great experience!The location is on the second floor in the building that's facing the main road (there's no easy signage to help)”

“Everything was quick and easy from registration to actually getting my labs done. I was nervous at first from reading the reviews but in all honesty everyone was pleasant and moved in a quick fashion. People who are working 12 hour days drawing labs all day are not there for conversation or to have to sit there and baby you because you feel entitled to "customer service". To be quite frank you should just have all your stuff together ready to get labs and leave.. There is truly no need to require anything more from the lab staff, do your job and they will do theirs. Honestly you will probably get a better reaction too if you help them to help you.”

“They were quick, efficient, and professional. Needed a sibling DNA test for court.
