my wife was there and ziki cashier guy decide not to sale at scratch tike just cuz he feel like it... and give her and all the people the work at HP bad services just cuz he don't like then.call and di a complain already.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I went in with my 10 year old and the clerk yelled at me for not telling him the type of card I was using. Then nearly shooed us out the door. So RUDE!

The absolute worst customer service EVER!!! When I was telling my husband what happened he said "that is the owner and he has been like that for years!" Clearly he does not care about providing customer service or word of mouth. He was beyond RUDE! I will NEVER go back there again!
