24 hours advertised in big lettering as you drive in, yet it is not! Car wash purchasable at the pump and then only after you agree do you realize it's closed. Come on! You expect someone to make the purpose trip back to get the wash they paid for at the pump?!
**Response to Owner's reply: I tried asking the gas station clerk to have it refunded, but they refused, explaining it was a separate company and that there was nothing they could do on their end.

Worst car wash i ever been to. Owner and staff are rude/disrespectful. Brushes scratch your car. People standing around not doing their jobs. Do not recomend

I have tried so hard not to give bad reviews to any business, but have to do this. This is by far the worst car wash I have ever been. Besides the fact that the service doesn’t properly clean your car & bad for your car paint, they have a horrible customer service. The guy that runs the place & claims to be the owner is very RUDE, delusional & a total IDIOT..
I will spare you the long details.. JUST BEWARE! Wash somewhere else.

Original manager from when business first opened, very friendly customer service oriented. My weekly car wash from here leaves my vehicle looking better than it did when it was on the dealership lot.

So it was honestly just a regular day and I had coincidently came from an auto body shop. I had just gotten off exit 38 and wanted to get a car wash. As I was pulling in, one of the car wash employees (John) noticed my tire was flat. Thank god he spoke up about it because I had no idea. I backed up and pulled over to the side and both car wash employees (Paul and John) had jumped to the rescue. They were very professional. I would have been in deep trouble if it weren’t for these two amazing employees. As a 19 year old, 5’1 female, I would not have been able to change that tire by myself. They honestly didn’t even need to help, but they still took the initiative and did it! They went above and beyond! Thank you to Paul and John. I will definitely be coming back to this car wash!

This is by far the worst car wash Iv ever gotten (the automated one). It doesn’t wash cars and a rain storm is probably better. Not to mention, it’s filthy.Went in with a few bird droppings I needed washed off my car and wanted to go up to the $11 wash to make sure they’d come off.. fist off if took me 3 minutes trying to get to recognize I didn’t need to “drive forward” anymore as it was strobing between drive forward and “stop”. Good that’s done now the wash starts. It rinses my car with a stream of dribbling water (not a spray) then doesn’t apply any soap (or maybe it’s soapy water) and proceeds to use a single super high power nozzle to rinse the “soap” off my car (I assume there’s supposed to be multiple all round the car spraying) but nope I got just 1..Finally drive off through the dryer that doesn’t work and what do you know all the bird droppings still there.. I reiterate - this car wash DOESNT EVEN WASH YOUR CAR thank god I didn’t go to the top tier level..PS maybe the soft cloth wash is better (I’m sure it is) but at all cost avoid the automated wash at all cost .

Came here to buy a gift card. The machine charged my card and did not dispense the gift card. When I asked the attendant he had to call his boss to see what they could do. I waited 20 minutes and he said that she would have to call me back. Once she finally called me after I waited another 10 minutes, she said there was nothing she could do and that the transaction didn't go through. I checked my banking app, and it looks like it did. I asked how I would get reimbursed if it didn't come off my card. She said I would have send her my bank statement proving it. Then sarcastically asked me what I would want her to do. When I said give me the 50 dollar gift card; she said that she couldn't help me. I said don't you want to make sure you have satisfied customers? I had waited there for 30 minutes and she said "we don't want customers like you; it sounds like your trying to scam the system. I said I would call her in 3 days when the charge isn't gone. We'll see what happens in 3 days but I would NOT recommend going there. No customer service skills, the dryer didn't even dry my car off, and water was dirty. Zero stars wasn't an option so I guess they get one.

1st time used this place bad experience. Poor wash. No soap.Gave another try. No soap. Undercarriage didn’t work. Wax applied, no rinse. Soo little water one of my tire was still dry. Loose leaves/grass still stuck to truck. I wash truck weekly. It’s an easy clean. THis place always fails. Never again.

The touch free wash here isn’t that great. It always leaves spots all over our car. Giving 3 stars as the tunnel wash does an amazing job!
