Worker named Mary at this location is extremely unhelpful in the pharmacy and refuses to help customers that get through over the phone. Wants customers to call back and leave a message to play phone tag all day. Feel bad for customers that need life saving medications and can't speak with a pharmacy in a timely manner and expected to wait for a call back and have cell reception and not miss the call god forbid. Luckily I'm not on any medications that are a matter of life or death. But if you are - don't depend on CVS. they won't help customers over the phone when they call anymore and are expected to play phone tag all day. Use Walgreens or Walmart or anywhere else that is willing to help customers over the phone because CVS is not.

Just awful. Every interaction with them is slow, inept. And rude. Trying to get ones medications they need to live shouldn't be that hard. I get their jobs suck. But maybe the pharmacy staff could try to be a smidge better at their work.

Places absolutely amazing, there's a pharmacist their Adele she is amazing always right on top of you make sure you got what you need put you in your place. She is the one ??

The pharmacy kids...all quit and I think they're burned out. My mom was given a hard time about a legit complaint she had. She's an old lady. Have patience.

I picked up up two different controlled substances on two different occasions in December with my ID that expired in August and no one said anything to me. When I go back in January for a refill I am told they will not give it to me because of my expired ID. That last time was a "courtesy". But NO ONE SAID ANYTHING TO ME the last two times I was there. How is that a courtesy? The meds can be shipped and left in my mailbox for anyone to get, but I can't pick up on my own? Make it make sense. I'm still the same person i was in August, the picture is still me. Grumpy gatekeepers.

Quick to help at the pharmacy, but lack any form of personality. They’re zombies. No smile, barely any eye contact. Not a “how are you today?” Or “have a nice day”. They just look at you blankly. Strange.

Pharmacy is sluggish. The line to get to the pharmacy counter often wraps around the back end of the store. They will send the robocall to your phone that your prescription is ready, then when you show up in person they will say you have no prescriptions. It’s a repeat occurrence. Sorry Grandma, CVS lied about having your medicine again. Maybe next time!

Awful experience, zero customer service, pharmacy counter drop off male pharmacist there at 7pm Sept 12 was exceptionally rude, arrogant. Train your employees to treat paying customers with respect and send them back to learn the basics when dealing with customers. You should be ashamed as a company for hiring people like this.

Went in the other day and stood at the counter for 2 minutes while the worker was just standing there zoning out! It took way too long for them to finally offer me assistance… NEVER GO HERE

They never have prescriptions ready, even if you call days in advance. Last time I called 3 days ahead and when I went to pick up, they still weren't ready. When I told the girl I had called ahead like 3 days ago, she told me "oh, well we are three days behind." It's an inconvenience because you end up waiting the 15-30 min no matter what, after standing in the pick up line for 10-15 min sometimes. Line is always incredibly long, but I don't know if that's really the workers fault. Some of the workers are pleasant.

Probably the worst cvs I ever visited. It was disorganized and a couple of staff were not pleasant to ask questions too. Understand it is a customer facing role and could get frustrated but should not take it out on customers. Maybe recommend the managers to hire more people so they're not too tired and overwhelmed
