I needed pain meds. An RX was submitted. When I called for the status, I was told \"We are out of the medication system wide and no CVS has been able to acquire them!\" An unacceptable response as I needed my meds, and the medicine was used quite often. So I called Walgreens. There was no issue with the supply, but being a controlled substance, it couldn't be transferred. My Dr. had to withdraw the first Rx from CVS, then issue a new Script to Walgreens. Just one of many reasons I absolutely despise anything CVS!

Normally ok in comparison to some. Was irritated. Was last day to pick up, I confirmed 2x through text that I was coming back and pharmacist said she put back in morning. Why keep texting me that I can pickup when you are going to put away. Other staff tried to be helpful and nice. They looked a little afraid of pharmacist.

The pharmacist was very rude specially the one named Steve he lied to me about the prescription info and he acted like he could choose who he sold the prescription too. I never had an issue with Cvs until this one in Tewksbury .

Pharmacy-after waiting in line for 20 minutes I finally reached the one cashier at the pharmacy. Only one of my four prescriptions was ready. The girl at the register said the other three just had to be bagged and it shouldn’t be long and if I would just wait to the side. She was very nice. After about 10-15 minutes another tech said to me that they were ready and that I had to get back in line again. My response was “ You want me to get in that line…again?” She said, “Yes”! Needless to say there was still only one girl at the register and 6 people waiting in line besides the person who just stepped up to the register. Again, needless to say I left. While I was there waiting things could have been handled differently -open up another register, don’t tell the person to wait to the side to just tell them to get back in line (which is ridiculous) or when it’s ready call that person over and give them their prescriptions since they already waited in line. Needless to say I was not very happy and am not looking forward to going back to get my prescriptions because I could not wait at least 45 minutes for my prescriptions from start to finish. Again, the cashier was very pleasant and is not to be blamed but the technician could have handled things differently. The policy for waiting in line needs to be reevaluated.

They never have prescriptions ready, even if you call days in advance. Last time I called 3 days ahead and when I went to pick up, they still weren't ready. When I told the girl I had called ahead like 3 days ago, she told me "oh, well we are three days behind." It's an inconvenience because you end up waiting the 15-30 min no matter what, after standing in the pick up line for 10-15 min sometimes. Line is always incredibly long, but I don't know if that's really the workers fault. Some of the workers are pleasant.

Probably the worst cvs I ever visited. It was disorganized and a couple of staff were not pleasant to ask questions too. Understand it is a customer facing role and could get frustrated but should not take it out on customers. Maybe recommend the managers to hire more people so they're not too tired and overwhelmed

I don't know if this is a corporate problem, or one related to this particular store. Their website tells you that your prescription is ready, but when you get to the store, it isn't and you have to wait for it to be filled. This has happened more than once.
