Rick M was super patient and helpful when I went in with an issue that had lead me to freeze my accounts. Dude had only been there a month and didn't have full access to everything we needed, but he went above and beyond to help me out.

Spoke too soon.. the new debit card I was printed is useless. I called the 800 number and they said the branch deactivated the card. Very disappointing.
