Amazing car dealer! So pleasant to work with. I usually buy from a private party, this was my first time buying from a dealer. He made the experience very easy and was very fair on the price. He was open and honest about everything he was selling. He is honestly a great guy and I will now be using him for any cars I need in the future. Honestly the best car buying experience I've ever had.

Recently purchased a vehicle from here. Tony was very attentive and a great communicator and I am overall very pleased with our experience. There were a few minor hiccups but Tony and his staff addressed and took care of them immediately.
It has now been several months after the purchase of this vehicle and we have had nothing but issues. I did not approach Barga as it is beyond the lemon law time period. When we bought the car the thermostat blew, Barga claimed to have replaced it, but a month later the car overheated again. I brought it to my mechanic and the thermostat blew, seems fishy to me. Yes we purchased the extended warranty but it is not impressive (they paid less than $50 of the $400+ bill). Fast forward to April. the car overheated again, once again brought it to my mechanic and guess what, we have to replace the engine. It had a blown head gasket, heads were warped, etc) Once again we had the extended warranty but they do not pay for breakdown, diagnosis, and other things so still cost us THOUSANDS! All I have to say is I would give a -1 rating if I could. Buyer Beware.

Poor customer service. Extremely rude to customers. Made unkind remarks about my vehicle. So sad that we live in a world where you are judged on your possessions. The manager was extremely condescending. I will never go be this shop my business or buy gas from them.

Purchased a 2013 Dodge Challanger several months ago. The car is absolute CRAP. Do NOT buy a car from Tony. If I could give a negative star review I would. Immediately after we bought the car it failed MA state inspection so we brought it back to have the thermostat replaced. A couple of weeks later the car overheated again, it was the thermostat which makes me believe that they never replaced it and probably reset the code. Since we brought the car home it is constantly overheating and in the shop from repairs. Thermostat, radiator fan, head gasket and now it is at the point where the engine needs replacement. Tony said that if it was a lemon that he would buy it back, I have reached out and have not heard a response back.

Not a great place to go, you want your vehicle pick apart and destroyed costing you more money or them hoping you trade it in to get into something they fixed on lot with your vehicle parts.. Never again will I go here. Cost me 3x damages to fix what they had done. Not to mention they never even fixed the initial problem with brand new parts like they started they had done ...... I'd give it negative 100000000+ stars

Worst place ever I bought my BMW over a year ago from them. The sunroof cover wasn’t working. They try to repair it after weeks of not fixing it and me coming back and forth to figure out what’s going on with the car. I finally took the car and Anthony only offered to cover up to $200 on the repair when I originally bought the car they said it would be fixed upon pick up, the suspension went out 3 blocks down the street and had to turn back and give them the car back because it wasn’t drivable. Recently, I was the victim of a house fire to where a lot of documentation got destroyed. I called Anthony to see if he was able to send me a copy of sale and other supporting documents that was back in January. I still haven’t received anything after speaking to him multiple times.

The worst car I've ever bought I've had for a couple months and had to replace starter ratiatior and will not pass emissions they said they whould fix bumper and they never followed through avoid at all costs worst car buying experience oh and they won't do any DMV services that you whould get at any other dealership

I looked for 6 months due to covid restrictions, got to visit a lot of car dealers in that time, finally I found Tony and bought my Outback. He is a no bs guy, no fluffing, if the car needs any repairs he points it out and takes care of it. Tony also offered an excellent warranty program. I could tell he hand picks the cars he feels comfortable selling and is very knowledgable of them. It's been a month since my purchase and we LOVE this car, it is running perfectly! Let me start off by saying Barga Motors has great customer service and great cars for low prices . I recently purchased a car their and once I got there they had my car ready for me to test drive it. It was a wonderful experience. However if you’re planning on purchasing a car from Barga Motors have at least 2-3 hours for the purchasing process it’s definitely worth it throughout that whole time they get you the best deals they can and you’ll get your car within the next business day or 2 . If you already have a car and are having mechanical issues Barga Motors will take a look at your car and let you know what the problem is for free ! I want to thank you guys so much for my dream car and for the amazing customer service honestly if I would I’ll give you guys 1000⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars that’s how much I highly suggest you guys either buy or if you’re having mechanical car trouble Barga Motors is the place ❤️

Quotes a price over the phone I arrive at the dealer waited 2 hours for him to get there. Then gave a a different price for the vehicle. Made a bogus offer on truck I bought from him that I was trading in not recommended.
