“Branch manager is really nice. He helped me cash in a savings bond. He printed out the paperwork and then when I came back we found out that we didn't need it to be notarized. He entered everything on the computer and copied my ID for me. He even looked to see if he had blank envelopes for me. He really went above and beyond. He listened to me about my life and remembered it when I came back. He offered kind words to me as well. I felt like he really cared about me as a member and saw me as a whole person. They also have a change machine here.”

“This review is for all TD's I've been to. I've always been happy with how the customer service has been exceptional at all TD Banks I've received service from. This includes the 2 in Tewksbury, MA, 1 in Billerica and where I signed up in Reading, MA. They always greet you and are very friendly. They ask you about yourself AND offer dog bones! The waiting time is 4/5 because I use the drive through a lot and the one at 2345 Main in Tewksbury only has 1 drive through so the line is often 3 cars long and seems to take a while. The one at 995 Main has 2 so the wait isn't as bad. Only thing is I wish I didn't need to keep $100 in my account minimum, but that's a small price to pay for otherwise free checking.”

“When my debit card was skimmed a year or so ago the teller at this location was extremely helpful in freezing and protecting my account, as well as explaining to me how to contest the fraudulent charges. I ended up getting all my money back in the end, and they really helped me out in a moment of panic.”

English isn't my first language but they were able to get everything sorted for me and help me through everything. They are very fast, efficient and kind.
