Great service, coffee available while waiting w wifi. Call ahead for appointment, not needed for inspection. Staff is good. Wish Tewksbury town allowed them to have car wash next to wetland.

I have been a customer of Toyota Tewksbury since 2018, but I believe this will be my last visit to their service center. While I appreciate the excellent customer service provided by David Joyce and Tiffany Salcito over the years, I have noticed that Toyota takes advantage of people, especially women who are not knowledgeable about pricing and car repairs. This results in inflated prices and parts charges. Due to this unethical practice, I have decided to take my car to local mechanics who are honest and reliable. It is disappointing to experience such behavior from a company that I previously trusted.

I recently went here for oil change. They tried to sell me some services that were really not needed. i.e. Wheel alignment.They tried to convince me that I must need it to pass next inspection. I had a strong doubt as I did wheel alignment less than a year ago and there was no sign of lack of alignment this time. So, I declined it. To be sure about my doubt, I went to another place and got a machine report on my alignment. It all Passed and no alignment was needed. I have the report.I understand that dealers would recommend some services as needed. However, they should also be honest.

Overall we had a good experience with the Toyota team here in Tewksbury - everyone we worked with answered all of our questions during each step of the process, responded in a timely matter/communicated pretty well. They were professional, not pushy. I would come back here again/recommend to a friend.

I have been a dedicated and good customer for this dealership. They took advantage of me on my last service visit, did not do what they said they would and then charged me $600 for it. I will not be coming back.

Prices are a little higher than an independent place but that's to be expected. The waiting area is very nice. The staff is good they really explain things to you.

Great customer service, every representative here has always been honest and pleasant! The waiting area is also great, very open and plenty of seating (comfy sofa chairs, 4 person tables and charging station for electronics/laptops) 2 tvs and free coffee with a snack vending machine.

I left I review that I wanted to reply to given my bad experience with this store. So I called the manager Andy Short after he replied to my review so that we can find a resolution. First off this man was not interested in finding any resolutions. He was more interested in getting the review down cause he even mentioned that my review could’ve been a good review. He didn’t put any of my feelings into account. I wrote & explained everything that had happened to me here but he bashed off everything with no proof. I asked him do you have Cameras & he said he’ll check them but he dismissed my complaint without even doing any further investigation. My boss was like,” I can’t help to think that your store treated miss Doreen the way it did because she’s black.” & Andy’s response was that he’s not a racist cause his bilingual. He said none of the things I said happened to me & that he didn’t believe I called for six weeks with no call back, or that one of his employees asked me to sit at his desk multiple times cause people will see me. Like I said he didn’t do any investigation & he was just making me feel worse. It felt like he has no remorse for what I experienced & he was defensive the entire conversation. So there was no resolution. I feel like the management of this store is in support of this kind of treatment & they are aware of what’s going on.

Transmission fluid change cost is around $200-$300 at most for 2012 Toyota Camry. I called Toyota of Tewksbury today and the lady told me it's between $300-$500. Very disappointed.
