Do not take payments over the phone for parts nor do they take online communication for parts. Find elsewhere to order parts.

I have been a dedicated and good customer for this dealership. They took advantage of me on my last service visit, did not do what they said they would and then charged me $600 for it. I will not be coming back.

Great place with awesome people. They are also not price-gouging like other Toyota dealerships are. Highly recommended!

I saw a 2022 Prius Prime LE listed online at MSRP for $30,892.00 , so I called the place and and asked for the "out the door" price and was told to talk to a salesperson in person. So, I set up an appointment. I drove to the place after work (1.5hr heavy commute) and met with a dealer representative. To my surprise, the salesperson denied me the advertised price and added $5,000 to the manufacturer's suggested retail price, also known as the sticker price. In this case, I hit the breaks and didn't even want to negotiate. Walked out immediately. This is a deceptive pricing practice by this auto dealer. The above practice is in violation of Mass Attorney General's advisory issued on 9/28/2021, reminding auto dealers of their legal obligations to consumers, including: -Dealerships can't refuse to sell a vehicle for the price advertised. -It is unfair or deceptive for dealerships to post or advertise inaccurate prices or prices that the dealership will not honor. -It is unfair or deceptive for dealerships to make misrepresentations about the value of a vehicle. -Dealerships must clearly and conspicuously disclose all included and excluded charges in any advertised price of a vehicle as well as the expiration date of any advertised price. -Dealerships have legal obligations to honor the terms of any contract with a consumer regarding the lease of a vehicle, including a consumer's right to purchase the vehicle. - Dealerships must comply with existing statutes, rules, regulations, and laws intended to provide protection to consumers.

The service team and bay staff are excellent! By far the friendliest and most knowledgable dealership I worked with. They listened to my concerns, explained the diagnostic findings and put safety as top priority. They go above and beyond.

I wish I could give this zero stars. I sold back my 2019 to this dealer and they told me it would take 14 business days to receive the check. It's been over a month and every time I cal to speak with someone they take my name and number and never call back. They keep saying they don't have internet but are able to chat online... which uses internet ? These people are so sketchy. Don't do business with them. It's not worth the hassle.

They refused to honor the price they advertised online, which is scummy and illegal. I saw a car I want listed online at MSRP, so I called and set up an appointment to buy it. It turns out that price didn't include the "market adjustment" in addition to MSRP. I didn't even plan to negotiate. I just wanted what I saw online, and they insisted on either charging me more than that or getting more money out of me some other way. Walked out, wasted an afternoon.

This place is the worst place you could ever buy a car from. I've been here over 5 times already to pick up my car that I've bought that's in the parking lot and they keep telling me it's not ready. I called last week and they said they forgot to send the paper work. They called me today and said I could pick it up and when I arrived they said it wasn't ready due to the license plate not being ready!!! They don't answer the phone ever as well. Your better off walking then buying a car here. Still don't have my car thanks guys !

Very poor buying experience. I would say my worst ever. The expectation was that I would provide payment and be able to take the vehicle home that day without any return trips. I was told that they have their own "RVM" in house and also they do the inspections themselves so that everything is streamlined. I had to return for registration and inspection. After traveling 40 Minutes for this I was sent to the service department and waited in line for them to inspect my vehicle, waiting about 20-25 minutes. I was informed that their machine was down and they could not take care of me. A completely wasted trip I had to go out on my own and have it done elsewhere. This after buying a brand new 2022 truck. They have no respect for your time and don't keep their promises.
