“Came here after being referred by another mechanic after we accidentally put windshield wiper fluid where it didn’t belong. He was so polite over the phone, and when we got there, he ran other tests to make sure we flushing out the reservoir was the last thing we did. Checked our car out and didn’t charge us for it, and even explained to us what was going on and what he was doing. As two women who often can feel like we’re being taken advantage of in car shops, Bill did not make us feel that way at all. Thank you so much Bill for your kindness! “Paul is an excellent, honest and trustworthy mechanic. Extremely knowledgeable with BMW's. My daughters X3 was indicating a possible transmission problem and she thought her brakes were going. Paul took it for a ride and diagnosed it and found it didn't need either. It just needed a much needed oil change and filter at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't trust anyone else with her car.”

“Good customer service. I took my car there to get a state inspection sticker, and they completed it within 10 minutes. They also checked my air conditioner refrigerant for free of charge. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, which was a good thing. Overall, they have been a good automotive service so far. I would recommend this business.”
