“Needed a new wiper arm for my 08 Dodge Dakota. Most places simply say none and hang up but Penney's conducted a search of all auto parts withing 30 min drive and located one in Pelham, NH. I called and sure enough they (Jean-Guys Auto Parts and also 5 star service) had one wiper arm. They found the Dakota, removed the wiper arm, and charged me $20.00 - it was sitting on the counter when I arrived. Amazing.”

I'm not an easy customer to please and they go the extra "100 miles" to accommodate pur needs. I manage a local fleet and my own mobile mechanic project. I'll just say if any of these people worked in a Lowell location, I would deal with Lowell regularly too (I stay away from Lowell because of the long history of careless screw ups).”
