I'm trying to talk to the store in Tewksbury where I have 4 lines and they are charging ridiculous amounts of money and they just hung up on me, terrible service unfortunately it's difficult to maintain this operator

The two men working in this store were great, one helped me with the purchase of my new phone and the other entertained my very active grandson who is a very busy toddler. It was a huge help!

on Thursday around 11 AM. I went to this store to ask some questions about the purchase I made in November. and was discounting different values. anyway. A guy looks Puerto Rican to me. He didn't let my wife and I explain. In 30 seconds he threw me and my wife out of the store screaming and swearing. We were very scared and there was no one else in the store, he was alone. We left without understanding anything and got into the car. he came after cursing and running after the car. We left scared and without reaction. I would like the owner to take a look at the cameras. and take some action.

I went to the Tewksbury location on Monday to do a trade in and upgrade my phone. Michael and Felipe were both extremely helpful even while the store was busy. There was aggressive old man that attempted to harass both employees and had to be escorted out.They were very professional to resolve the issue while the “customer” was swearing and being very rude.

All the guys were great, they all helped me make the transition from android to Apple. We spent the entire Monday afternoon together. They were able to address all my issues.

I went to the store today to have my phone unlocked. I hardly had to wait long at all before Michael was able to help. Very polite professional guy, quick, helpful and efficient! Every employee should be more like him! My phone was unlocked in no time! Thank you again Michael! Highly recommend him for future services or assistance!

The guy I talked to on the phone just now seemed so uninterested in helping me with my question and gave me the most barebone answer, like he didn't want to even be at work. I didn't get his name but y'all gotta make sure your employees speak with some enthusiasm on the phone.

I came in to the store for two reasons. One was to have an employee put on a screen protector I purchased through AT&T. The salesman gave me a hard time about it and said he could not do it because he was not going to give me a second one if he made a mistake applying it. I've never an issue with a company putting on a screen protector for me at any Apple, Att, Verizon, or T-Mobile store. He was able to solve my second issue which was that the iPhone was not reading the SIM card. He had to replace it with a new SIM card.

Went to upgrade my phone over the weekend and the gentlemen their were extremely helpful! they helped transfer everything and process was smooth! will recommend them to my friend who was looking to do the same!

Went to upgrade my phone at this location where a representative named Christopher added a fraudulent line to my plan without my knowledge or consent afterwards. Have had to contact att fraud department because they would not resolve this issue within store. Austin Mahone that works there was very rude with customer service and not helpful with the fraud at all and threatening with police to cover himself. luckily customer service over the phone was able to see that I bought it from that location and who sold it so they were able to report it and get my money back to me. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS STORE AND ITS EMPLOYEES.

Terrible customer service manager hung up on me after not giving my grandparents their new account information. Very young Manager very unprofessional. Told me he was helping a customer so he couldn't help me. Do not go to this location they don't transfer the correct information information to you're phone. As well as if they are creating a new email for anyone they need to be giving the information to the customer, passwords and all.
